Everything was wonderful rooms was great the staff was wonderful Breakfast is was great we add the stay until 1:00 which added another $25 on to the bill which was just fine for us we need the extra sleep anyway

Disruption of quietness. Our first overnight, the fire alarm went off at 5am with a loud shrill noise for no known reason and when I asked the manager, he had no explanation as to why it happened. Additionally, the following morning the telephone stated ringing at 5:30am and again, for no known reason. It certainly was not a pleasant experience either day.

A bar of soap was left stuck to the tub from the prevoous occupant. The room also smelled a little musty and felt a little damp.

The property has definitely become more run down since we stayed here in 2021. Holes in the wall in our room were patched but not painted. Furniture had seen its better days. Parking is ample and convenient but much needed resealing is long overdue. Hallway had missing ceiling tiles and baseboard molding. Orange juice machine at breakfast was out of order. Maintenance is not a priority here. This was our last stay. Room rates are too high for this rundown property. There are better options in Algona but skip the Super 8 by Wyndham.

The room was clean for the most part except our fridge was broke it froze everythg and the knob was broke off inside so u couldnt adjust it and the bath tub need replaced it was discolored due to excessive wear on it . I realy didnt feel safe there there was always guys standing outside the entrance to the building

Room was nice, but went to go have a couple drinks at the bar and no one was there. We waited a good 15-20min before going to hyvee and instead had drinks in our room.
