Clean, money worthy

The stay was good, supplement to access the swimming pool or the spa 2 different supplements, one for the sauna, one for the swimming pool

The suite is nice, with two beds and two bathrooms. Breakfast is the same. Traffic is congested, and it is convenient to eat around. The front desk service is OK, but it was raining outside and the hotel did not provide an umbrella.

The quality is pretty good, similar to domestic hotels.

It's good, but this time the bed feels like the quilt cover is too old, and the air conditioner is also relatively old. Generally speaking, if the price is around 600, it's not bad, but sometimes the price changes to more than 800, which is relatively expensive.

I made payment for all charges through the trip.com app. However, when I arrived, I was informed that I had to pay additional taxes, which was around 500 dinars per day. I did not understand the reason for these fees. Also, once inside the hotel, I felt uncomfortable because the behavior of the employees gave the impression that they were waiting for an opportunity to commit theft. Also, when I arrived I was told that the pool access fee was not included and had to be paid separately. On the last day, while I was sleeping, a person (the maid) opened my room door at 9am and came in while I was in my underwear. I told him that I would leave the room at eleven o'clock. An hour later, another person came and opened the door again. The hotel did not meet my expectations. Improvements are needed on their part.

Everything is payable on site and the tourist tax is more expensive than what your site had announced.

Extrêmement déçu de cet hôtel la piscine est payante 6000 da par personne et elle en vaut pas le coup ! C’est inadmissible de faire payer la  piscine  ! 🤦🏻♀️petit dej correct chambre correct mais je déconseille cet hôtel
