Warm welcome at reception smoth check inn big thank to raouf and mounia at desk not forgetting the bar man called saed so helpful they you guys mad my stay confortable and reactive front office team . Really recommend the stay for business trips. I recently switched from Marriott hotel to residance since its more calm nad comfortable. Little point to make is the elevator issues. Ty all

Ayant fait le Check in online, on m’a attribué la chambre 1255 sur le site ( votre chambre est prête, veuillez récupérer votre clé à la réception). J’arrive à la réception, le gars me dit avec sang froid, pas de chambre ! vous devez attendre jusqu’à 15h, aucun moyen de négocier. 0 accueil 0 professionnalisme. Après 6h de voyage, J’ai tout de suite annulé ma réservation, et allé réserver ailleurs. Passer votre chemin, la capitale regorge d’hôtel haut et moyen standing

Très bon séjour .j’ai séjourné dans apparthotel .il dispose d’un salon avec canapé lit et une tv à écran plat une chambre avec grand lit confortable et une tv à écran plat il existe un coffre fort et du matériel de repassage beaucoup de rangement .une cuisine équipée et une salle de bain avec douche à l’italienne Très bon emplacement pour faire du shopping centre commercial à 300 m .piscine disponible .wifi gratuit .petit déjeuner correct. Un grand bravo au personnel très gentil accueillant et au petit soin et très professionnel Je tiens à remercier le personnel notamment celui de la réception ( el nadhim) de la conciergerie et du petit déjeuner surtout adel que j’ai retrouvé au déjeuner à l’hôtel marriot Votre personnel et serveurs sont très courtois à l’écoute du client attentifs et avec le sourire milles mercis
