The NH Alcorcón hotel is in a prime location near to the historic center of Alcorcón and the offices of some large national and international businesses. The Parque Oeste Shopping Center is an 8-minute walk from the hotel and Madrid city center, the Royal Palace and the Museo Nacional del Prado are only 30 minutes away on the Metro. Each of the welcoming 102 guest rooms offers contemporary features such as free Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, minibars, and sitting areas. A fresh breakfast buffet is served every morning and early bird breakfasts and made-to-order hot dishes are available upon request. The Nhube Restaurant is our resident dining venue and serves delicious Mediterranean cuisine for dinner from Monday to Thursday. Delicious hot and cold snacks and beverages can be purchased at any time of night and day from our self-service Open Bar. NH Alcorcón has five meeting rooms which hold a maximum of 220 people. With advance notice, we can organize a menu or other business and event services such as audiovisual. Our gym is free to hotel guests and has cardio machines along with a sauna and complimentary towel service. The outdoor terrace next to the restaurant is perfect for relaxation or business meetings.

The hotel is pretty good around Alcorcon. It's clean and cost-effective. I've stayed there many times. It's beautifully decorated for Christmas. I recommend staying here.

The reception staff is a bit rude. They don't let you check in even a minute before 3pm, claiming that all the rooms are occupied and they are a bit rude in their response (I asked at 1.40pm when the room has to be vacated at 12pm). They also didn't know how to answer me properly regarding a billing issue.

La habitación maravillosa, el baño genial, pero los recepcionistas son muy bordes. Les comenté que en mi anterior estancia no había tapón para la bañera y me comentaron que era imposible, cuando mi pareja y yo estuvimos buscando más de diez minutos, y la habitación no es tan grande como para no encontrar un tapón. Pero no es sólo ese detalle, es en general, entiendo que no sea su pasión trabajar cara al público, pero afecta a la imagen del hotel.

Una verdadera pena, es un hotel excelente, PERSONAL EXCELENTE, servicio muy bueno, PERO ES HABITUAL QUE LAS TARJETAS PARA ABRIR LAS AHBITACIONES NO FUNCIONEN DE FORMA RECURRENTE. Estuve impartiendo una formación científica en las instalaciones del hotel y utilicé el hotel como alojamiento durante 6 días. Era desesperante la incertidumbre que producía cuando subía a la habitación y no sabía si abriría la habitación y tendría que bajar de nuevo a recepción. Generaba un DISCONFORT INNECESARIO.. Siempre la misma explicación que el móvil desconfigurada la llave, pero tras 6 días de hospedaje, tras varias comprobaciones, era evidente que el problema estaba en el sistema de las tarjetas. Hicimos muchas verificaciones, en recepción nos atendían muy bien, pero a pesar de las verificaciones no funcionaba y llegados a este punto, ya no era competencia de recepción. Por esto escribo este comentario CONSTRUCTIVO. Es lógico que un cliente que vaya uno o dos días al hotel se desconfigure la tarjeta y se pueda justificar que ha sido por el móvil, pero en este caso se ha comprobado que este problema es por otro motivo, por ello le agradezco que revisen de manera más concienzuda. GRACIAS
