"My husband frequently travels to Tennessee on business and I have started coming with him on his longer trips. I have been very impressed with the level of service and hospitality at this particular hotel on many of my trips there. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home. One particular manager/front desk clerk always remembers that I have to limit my caffeine intake and makes sure that the breakfast staff has a ready supply of decaffeinated coffee for me during my stay. I greatly appreciate that and other special touches, including a toaster in the room and a cooktop and skillet that they have available upon request for people like me who have medical dietary restrictions and usually have to eat in rather than dining out when travelling. The cleaning staff are wonderful and are quick to provide whatever you need, from more facial wipes to extra decaffeinated coffee for your room. I would highly recommend this hotel as having the best amenities in a welcoming environment with super friendly and hospitable staff."
