"I had a great experience at this Home 2 Suites near the Knoxville Airport. It is in great condition and very stylish, so much so that I asked if it was new. Rooms are great and beds are very comfortable. The service was what really stood apart for me, and I mean that in a GREAT way!! Arlen at the front desk was amazing! Super friendly, professional and helpful. She definitely has one of those "service personalities ". Great person to represent this hotel! I had another fantastic encounter with Dawson in Housekeeping. As I was carrying items to my car he greeted me and wished me a great day. I replied that I still had items in the room and would be back up to get them. He then asked me if he could assist and carry the rest for me!!! WHAT??? Someone who was busy doing his job asking to assist with my luggage?? I was blown away! He could not have been any nicer! These two awesome employees alone would make me come back again! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the area. Thanks so much Arlen and Dawson for giving me a terrific experience!!!"

"I was only there for half the night I had to fly out at 6am head to airport after checking in at 10:30 pm. Staff was nice and it was nice. AC fans didn’t work except on low."
