Alcester Inn

Stayed at the Alcester Inn for a night. We thought it was really good value for money. Very clean, lovely staff would like to go back there. Situated in a good location, near to the town, which is a very lovely place to visit

Funny, smell, room small and bathroom really hot in room beds were knackered food nothing special, chip shop down the road good, wouldn't come back , just don't go

Excellent room quiet and staff were friendly and easy to deal with check in and check out no fuss Area was quiet no noise at night bed was comfy and room was very clean easy to park pub was busy but no noise from there close to local shops if you need anything

When I pulled up outside, my heart sank. From the outside, it looked like a 1970s holiday camp but first impressions are often wrong and I'm very glad to say that mine was. Plenty of free parking outside which isn't always a given so this was definitely a bonus. A young fella checked me in very quickly and efficiently. It was easy to find my room because they're well sign posted and the room was lovely and bright and clean. I was very surprised at how nice it was because of my first impression. There were enough wall sockets which were sensibly placed. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. I would have liked more than one sachet of coffee per person especially when I usually have two in mine although I'm sure that if I asked, they would have given me more and a biscuit would have been nice. The extractor fan goes on in the bathroom every time you put the light on and stays on for a good few minutes after you've turned the light back off which was a nuisance because of the noise so you end up going the toilet without putting the light on if you can help it. The water runs hot quickly, not like in my house where you have to run it for two minutes before you put the plug in so that was a bit of a novelty for me. The breakfast was adequate. The staff are a credit to this place. They are attentive, accommodating, d welcoming and pleasant. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone.

Love this little village and the Alcester Inn is a great value stay! Clean and friendly and value for money.

It was a bit weird to see it's a sports bar but the staff were really friendly. Check in was swift and our room had everything we needed. We ate in the bar and the food was very well priced for large portions. Lasagnewas amazing and served with fresh salad. Breakfast was amazing value with good quality ingredients and quick service. Easy level walk into lovely Alcester.
