I booked a private room whith bathroom and breakfast included, we ended in a dormitory with shared bathrooms, also breakfast was not an option. The place is dirty, dust in every corner and empty bottles/plastic garbage left around in the rooms. The owners seem not to care much

A 1-star review is overselling this place - It deserves negative ten stars!! The night before our booking (after 9.30pm?!!) , we got a message from them telling us to cancel our booking… which was suspicious AF - couldn’t they have cancelled it themselves? Or were they telling us to cancel so they get to keep the money instead of giving us our refund, and also so that we can’t leave a review? There was no apology either, they just said they were overbooked. I still haven’t received my refund and so I asked them about my refund which I assume would go to the card I paid with. They replied asking me to send my bank details to their email address instead of the app I booked with! Read all the other bad reviews on Google, there is definitely a trend! Many layers of scam!

The staff and personal were super welcoming and friendly. The accommodation had all the basics and was overall confortable. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking a place were to stay and explore Lisboa I will suggest every one for stay in this hostel

Sem dúvida o pior lugar que já me hospedei na vida, tinha reserva para 3 noites fiquei apenas 1 eu o meu namorado tivemos que procurar outro lugar para ir, o lugar não tem nada haver com as fotos tudo sujo, mau cheiro, condições deploráveis, a cozinha era sem condições, o quarto era muito quente em formato de sótão não conseguia estar em pé no quarto tinhas uma janela de sótão que não tinha nada a tapar o sol a bater o dia todo a noite as luzes da rua por favor não fiquem neste lugar !

Gostei: Preço-Qualidade muito bons! Localização muito boa! A privacidade que temos nos boliches mesmo com outras pessoas ao lado muito bom. Staff deixou-me chegar apos a hora combinada😊 Staff simpatico e apresentou o hostel. Não gostei: Casa de banho um pouco suja no chão. Staff poderia falar melhor português. Chão em si um pouco velho e muito barulhento. Chegada ao hostel um pouco confuso com o código e campainha. Staff tirou fotocópia do meu cartão de cidadão sem me ter perguntado, e senti-me um pouco inseguro por causa disso.

O local é péssimo! As fotos do espaço no booking eram enganadoras. Chegamos lá e não tinha condições mínimas. Ficamos 20 minutos e decidimos ir para outro sítio. Os funcionários praticamente não falam nem português nem inglês e não se preocupam nem com os clientes nem em providenciar condições. Não conseguimos ter o reembolso. Não aconselho a NINGUÉM!
