Stayed here many times but seriously gone down hill. It appears that they are running the hotel with minimal staff and minimal budget!! What staff are there are trying but the lack of investment is starting to show!! Not a lot of stock in the bistro and several things out of order!! several guests saying no microwaves in rooms. This hotel used to be so much better!! Be thankful for the staff you have there that are quite literally trying to keep the establishment functioning!!

There was no hot water in this hotel for our stay. I guess it was supposed to be fixed, but never was. The room was dirty and had closed left from previous people who stayed there. We were told we would be reimbursed for this day because of the hot water issue among other things. There’s no bartender, if you wanted to get something from the bar at the bar restaurant, you would have to go to the front desk and have them call someone to come down and bar tend.

Our room looked dingey, hairs in the shower no bags in the trash cans etc. There were sunflower seeds spilled in the elevator the whole stay. The pool was fine but tiny. There is no restaurant in the hotel, only a small bar with a few food options and a couple 1/2 empty coolers with drinks by the front desk. I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come out of the office to check me out. The next day i was charged for my room again by the hotel and i still haven't gotten a refund for it

Lacking complementary breakfast, microwave in need of repair on the turntable, stains on the shower floor, not enough towels provided, but the bed and climate control was excellent!

Very clean - no service at all during the 4 day stay, left note regarding a need of 2 new towels, never addressed. Was given 2 towels when I asked at desk. Hallways and entrance was not cleaned regularly - Not bad, but obvious trash not picked up and garbage containers at entrance not emptied daily - overflowing.

No towels in the room at all. Thank goodness it was my kiddo and not me alone in the room because we didn’t even notice it before she got in the bathtub. Beds were super comfy. Unique view of intimate downtown Albion from our room. Would stay again.
