A great 2 night stay in a trullo in the heart of Alberobello. Our trullo was very comfortable but a word of warning - headroom is limited in places so be careful. Breakfast was provided at a nearby restaurant and was substantial. The staff at reception were both friendly and efficient.

Posizione centrale , trullo bellissimo , servizio PESSIMO, di 4 giorni avevamo chiesto di pulire la stanza e cambiare asciugamani solo una volta e non è stato fatto nemmeno quello!!! Per fortuna il proprietario al nostro rientro la sera ci ha portato almeno degli asciugamani puliti , con giustificazioni arrampicate sugli specchi..... Ci hanno omaggiato il parcheggio per scusarsi dell'accaduto!

We rented a Trulli that supposedly has an allowable occupancy of up to 5 guests. We were only 4. After the first 2 showered, there was no hot water left. We brought up that issue to the receptionist and she rudely explained that there was a sign inside the bathroom that stated that the boiler was small. There was no mention of the insufficient hot water supply neither at reservation nor at the check-in. We were led to find out ourselves. Also worth mentioning that the bad experience started at check-in with a receptionist who couldn't communicate in basic english and had a strangely rude way of explaining where we were supposed to park our car. She yelled at us that she had a long day and had to listen to people complaining. I told her that's her job and not my problem. All in all, we shortened our stay to only that night and found a more welcoming and comfortable place for the rest of our stay

La colazione è a parte ed ha un costo di € 5,00 a persona; viene servita in un bar situato vicino alla reception. Considerato il costo simbolico si può affermare che quanto fornito era più che sufficiente. Il parcheggio è posizionato all'inizio del paese e funziona h 24, con Easy Park riuscirete a parcheggiare in tutta tranquillità senza dover far incetta di monetine e aver problemi di orario. Per la cena consiglio vivamente la Trattoria Amatulli in via Garibaldi, apre alle 19,30 ma se non prenotate rischiate di non mangiare e sarebbe un vero peccato. Se poi volete acquistare un poco di prodotti tipici per portarvi a casa il sapore della Puglia allora il negozio giusto è "non solo frutta secca" in via Balenzano 28/30, situato in un vicolo a fianco della piazza principale.

Abbiamo alloggiato nei trulli e devo dire che il personale davvero gentile .. gli ho detto di essere incinta e hanno cercato di darmi un trillo centrale in modo da non affaticarmi molto. I prezzi molto economici. Il trullo pulitissimo e molto accogliente, ci hanno fatto trovare la camera molto calda. Consiglio vivamente

Esperienza fantastica. Dormire in un trullo è un'esperienza indimenticabile! Nel periodo delle festività il paese, addobbato a festa, assume dei connotati fiabeschi. Il trullo ha tutti i comfort, dalla pulizia al riscaldamento incluso. Lo staff Tipico resort è disponibile e professionale, come Mina che ci ha supportato nel check in. La colazione è sufficiente ma da ampliare la scelta, il personale molto gentile.

Tutto perfettamente organizzando. Il trullo era praticamente a due passi dal centro, eccellente la posizione, ottimo il servizio. La stanza era pulitissima, arredi in linea con tutto il resto. Nulla da ridire, esperienza riuscita alla perfezione. Complimenti alla gestione.

Tutto perfetto, dall‘accoglienza dove abbiamo fatto il check in, la receptionist oltre ad essere carina e gentile ci ha dato tutte le spiegazioni su Alberobello come trascorrere il nostro soggiorno.
