Pour un hôtel 4* pas d’eau à disposition … nous avons dû aller au supermarché pour s’en procurer en pleins fin juillet ..
pas de plateau de bienvenu.
Pas de mise à dispo de verres, bouilloire etc …
Les serviettes à la piscine sont payante ..
la literie est à revoir pas tiptop niveau confort.
A savoir que l’hôtel propose des services pour des mariages. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas de bruit .. dommage l’hôtel ne communique pas sur ça. Heureusement que ça nous a pas gêné.

What a beautiful hotel located in the country. Very modern with a bar/coffee area inside the lobby. There is an outdoor pool and kids play area. They also have Tulli that you can rent too. (That would be awesome!) Breakfast was very good but again only one coffee machine which slowed things down.

I stayed here for 3 nights as part of a Saga tour. The hotel itself was fine and I had a wonderful massage in the spa. The pre-ordered evening meals were okay but nothing special and certainly not the tasty Italian dishes I had anticipated. The vegetarian main course one evening was a caprese salad of sliced mozzarella and tomato, nothing else, which was insubstantial. What felt uncomfortable was having to walk through a superior dining room to reach that used by tour groups; I expect the 'fine diners' were unsettled by the hoi poloi walking between their tables. Dessert one evening was spoilt by a maggot crawling out of my neighbour's semi-freddo decorated with fruit! The waiter apologised and offered a replacement which was declined. No senior member of staff emerged to offer a more heartfelt apology. I would not choose to stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel. Large room overlooking lawns. The gardens are lovely and there are some Trulli in the grounds. We were a large group and our evening meals were very good especially considering we were such a large tour group (and there were at least two other coach loads there too). The only thing that was not so good was the breakfast. The selection of hot and cold foods was good. However the organisation could have been improved. When we stayed, due to there being other tour groups all wanting to leave the hotel at a similar time, breakfast was extremely busy. There are only two coffee machines for all of the guests staying in the hotel. This led to very long queues, which impinged on access to some of the tables with food on. This could be improved by having an urn with hot water and jugs of coffee. The waitresses did try to improve the situation by serving cups of coffee from a tray.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff - but unfortunately some negatives! We had Room 290 on the far end of the building, and as it was extremely windy we suffered from vibrations from the drainpipe - it sounded like snoring! Every night :( The room was clean and comfortable, but I would say that the bedside lights (fixed to the headboard) are useless - I couldn't read my book in bed as the light was on the wrong side. Please change for lights on stalks! We had a bath (which looked like a medieval torture system) rather than a shower, and no instructions as to how to use it. Suffice it to say that when we did figure out the shower hose, the plug cover didn't open very far so we couldn't let the water out. The same problem in the sink, but this time the plug cover didn't fit so all the water ran away. Food was excellent - shame about the rooms in which it was served! The noise level when full was unbelievable with everyone shouting at each other. Solution - more soft furnishings and/or lower the ceilings. Breakfast was adequate apart from the twenty minute queue to get to the coffee machine when the restaurant opened at 0730. These dining rooms are used by coach parties (Travelsphere, Titan and loads of French and German visitors), so if you can imagine a couple of hundred people trying to use TWO coffee machines at the same time... Apart from these minor niggles, a beautiful hotel!!

I am sorry I am having to write this review. The room were clean and tidy , and the food was good but I'm afraid that is were the good finished. The restaurant is NOT a restaurant, it's a HORRENDOUS noisy school canteen!!!, It's nothing more than a motel or a travel lodge !! DEFINITELY not a 4star !!!

Stayed on a tour of the area, it is quite remote from any other areas so you would need a taxi to get anywhere with alternative food etc. The room was adequate but they do not all have a balcony. No tea and coffee and some English speaking tv if needed. Rooms a reasonable size and comfortable enough. There is a lovely terrace to have dinner, there is a nice pool bar, which I am not sure is accessible as down a staircase. The staff were really friendly at the pool bar and reasonably priced. There are trulli rooms available and there was a wedding there while we stayed, which was beautiful to see. Breakfast is a nightmare, there are not enough tea/coffee machines and it turns into a rugby scrum to get a hot drink with long queues. They need to provide more stations for the size of the hotel as just having two hot drinks stations is not enough. Food for breakfast is adequate but not good.
