For a 4* hotel, no water available... we had to go to the supermarket to get some in the middle of late July...
no welcome tray.
No provision of glasses, kettle, etc...
Towels at the pool are chargeable...
the bedding needs to be reviewed, not top-notch in terms of comfort.
Be aware that the hotel offers services for weddings. For those who don't want noise... too bad the hotel doesn't communicate about this. Fortunately, it didn't bother us.

di ritorno in questo resort per la terza volta siamo rimasti insodisfatti dalla cena e dal ristorazione!! punto di forza e motivo per il quale siamo ritornati più volte questi anni, alla nostra richiesta di parlare con lo Chef Ardito il cameriere ci ha detto che non era presente da tempo . peccato perche abbiamo da subito capito che qualcosa non andava!! abituati ad una cucina raffinata e curata! speriamo di rifarci la prossima volta!!

Siamo stati in questa struttura per ospiti di un matrimonio. Esperienza estremamente positiva sia per quanto riguarda l'organizzazione del ricevimento sia per la camera dove abbiamo trascorso la notte. Aperitivo e cena ottimamente organizzato, servizio efficiente e curato, cibo e vini ottimi. Location decisamente ben strutturata con personale gentile e disponibile. Camera grande e pulita. Consigliata.

Il resort si trova in posizione ottimale immerso nella campagna pugliese ma raggiungibile facilmente! Gli ambienti esterni sono curati e stupendi, così come le sale ristorante e colazione. Tutto è pulito e in ordine. La qualità del cibo è eccellente per non parlare della cortesia di tutto il personale specialmente quello di sala. Le camere (almeno la mia) risultano sicuramente datate con bagno non proprio idoneo. La doccia/vasca è molto scomoda. C’è un ampio parcheggio alberato. Sono stata ospite pertanto non posso valutare il rapporto con il prezzo.

This is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are really spacious with a balcony and mini fridge. the food in the restaurant is perfect and the waiters are really friendly. The bar has professional staff and this is really a very smart hotel, with beautiful grounds, swimming pool and spa plus Tuli houses to look at. I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time and would really recommend it
