For a 4* hotel, no water available... we had to go to the supermarket to get some in the middle of late July...
no welcome tray.
No provision of glasses, kettle, etc...
Towels at the pool are chargeable...
the bedding needs to be reviewed, not top-notch in terms of comfort.
Be aware that the hotel offers services for weddings. For those who don't want noise... too bad the hotel doesn't communicate about this. Fortunately, it didn't bother us.

The hotel was dirty with a spider web next to my child bed. A lot of light in the ceiling were not working. The remote control for the TV was not working and the heater in the room too.
The staff was willing to change is to another room they were friendly and kind.

Tutto sul pezzo,personale e servizio top e accogliente. Abbiamo avuto un leggero problemino nel trullo prenotato e subito ci hanno offerto una camera suite compresa nel prezzo. Per non parlare del cibo estremamente di alti livelli per palati che esigono qualità ’ e professionalità altissima.Complimenti allo Chef!!!! Una piccola puntualizzazione sulla sauna,a nostro parere,temperatura troppo alta per rilassarsi in una sauna,90 gradi e’ troppo ,non e’ gradevole;infatti era la stanza vuota per tutto il percorso. Per il resto complimenti a tutto il personale della reception,bar e ristorante!!! Merita tutto!! Grazie ancora per l’ospitalità!!!!

Appena fuori da Alberobello, la scelta di questo Hotel, per la nostra vacanza in Puglia, è stata vincente: innanzi tutto per la tranquillità del sito, immerso nello splendido paesaggio della Valle d'Itria, caratterizzato dai trulli tutti intorno, le bellissime masserie e i muri di pietra che accompagnano gli itinerari in auto. L'Hotel poi dispone di ampio parcheggio, camere super confortevoli e, volendo, anche la possibilità di albergare direttamente in un trullo. Personale professionale e gentilissimo. Bar super fornito (con cioccolata calda e dolcetti deliziosi). Colazione molto ricca (ho adorato particolarmente la bontà dello yogurt al naturale sfuso). La struttura dispone anche di un piacevolissimo centro benessere ben attrezzato, con docce emozionali, piscina con idromassaggio, sauna, bagno turco e zone relax (indimenticabile resterà il nostro massaggio di coppia) e di un buon ristorante gourmet "Nobis" che recensirò a parte. Essendo una struttura molto grande, è indicata anche per comitive ed eventi business.

Abbiamo sfruttato un coupon regalato per un compleanno, domenica a pranzo, locale fuori luogo rispetto al territorio, la sala ristorante con un illuminazione da cantiere, nemmeno stile industriale ma da cantiere edile, cucina bene presentata ma senza sapore, hanno cercato di rifilarmi un vino bianco vecchio di 5 anni. Insomma non è stata una bella esperienza, pensateci bene prima di fare un regalo del genere.

Hotel a 4 stelle veramente bellissimo: immerso in un suggestivo villaggio di trulli questo albergo dall’ampio parcheggio si presenta ben posizionato. Le luci e gli addobbi natalizi all’esterno creano un’atmosfera magica che insieme alla bellezza dei trulli da’ la sensazione di essere in una favola. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 in una camera con tutti i comfort base con colazione inclusa molto varia e con prodotti freschi. gentilezza e cortesia sono di casa. L’albergo dispone di un centro benessere che purtroppo non siamo riusciti a provare . Un’esperienza fantastica.
