Pour un hôtel 4* pas d’eau à disposition … nous avons dû aller au supermarché pour s’en procurer en pleins fin juillet ..
pas de plateau de bienvenu.
Pas de mise à dispo de verres, bouilloire etc …
Les serviettes à la piscine sont payante ..
la literie est à revoir pas tiptop niveau confort.
A savoir que l’hôtel propose des services pour des mariages. Pour ceux qui ne veulent pas de bruit .. dommage l’hôtel ne communique pas sur ça. Heureusement que ça nous a pas gêné.

L'Hotel è situato in una bella zona e la struttura è bella esternamente, con Trulli e zona pasti/colazione anche all'esterno.
Pulizia nella media, camere un po' datate come le dotazioni fornite. Bella e comoda la zona piscina con bar annesso. Non abbiamo provato il ristorante, buona e abbastanza varia la colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile

La struttura immersa nel verde della Valle d Itria è ideale per chi cerca un posto per rilassarsi. Io e la mia collega abbiamo trascorso dei giorni tranquilli e ci siamo sentite coccolate soprattutto dal personale sempre cordiale e mai assillante. Ottima pulizia delle stanze,di ottime dimensioni. Al ristorante piatti prelibati. La cosa che a me piace di più del posto è quello che viene offerto nella prima colazione.
Il personale al bar della piscina e anche il bagnino: top.

L'hotel si trova nei pressi di Alberobello, immerso nel verde della campagna. Pur essendo un mese caldo la struttura offriva una temperatura adeguata per il soggiorno. Comodissima, per questo periodo, la piscina super attrezzata dove si poteva godere di un bar-ristoro che permette di scegliere un menu leggero per godere ancora del luogo. Colazione self-service abbondante e per gli altri pasti, pranzo o cena, si può usufruire di una sala ristorante con piatti gourmet. I larghi viali che circondano l'hotel ti permettono di apprezzare la frescura serale della zona.

I suspect this hotel is older than it appears at first sight. The bedrooms are good, well provided and comfortable and look modern but the en-suite looked so dated and depressing in a mauve coloured marble. We went with Titan and when you go with a travel company, you are not sure what the hotel has been asked to provide as opposed to an independent traveller but we had an “all inclusive” buffet for breakfast and dinner and whilst there was plenty of choice, the constant battle at the buffet is very wearing. Too many large parties hitting the chaffing dishes at the same time frequently resulted in shortages and whilst they were replaced, it all adds up to an exhausting meal. It is not helped by some people piling their plate with food and coming back for seconds as if they have not had a meal for week! No not for me – I hate this cattle feeding. The food was acceptable with the occasional tasty dish but it would have been very nice to go somewhere different to escape the noisy “canteen” type environment but as far as I could ascertain, there were no close restaurants, despite what the hotel says, and we were effectively very isolated. The staff friendly and helpful but again, the public areas seem dated. This hotel would be OK for a one night stay after a long flight in my view.

Hotel situato fuori alberobello nel silenzio del suo grande parco. Location moderna e ben impostata . Servizi completi. Abbiamo gustato 3 cene splendide di 4 portate servite con molta cura. Cibo molto buono . Vino base , bianco , di buona beva . Consiglio
