Very clean I would stay here again. I asked for lower floor and it is the first time in all our traveling I got the floor I wanted.

Everything was going well except for the giant black mold growing in the bathroom. Bathroom was extremely moist with no working fan to ventilate the air. Housekeeping and staff were negligent with the black mold buildup. Refer to attached pictures. No apology for the inconvenience either, actually tried to switch me to the room next door of the black mold.

staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Super super clean. Beds comfortable- best Ive had in a hotel in quite sometime. Even , variety of pillows were extra comfy. Felt completely safe at all times. Near all the shopping you could possibly need.

Ownership is terrible knowingly allowing costumers to purchase room that knowingly have mold in them and basically telling their employees to do less cleaning in rooms so they can save money on payroll when they already pay them less then a livable wage this hotel would definitely be shut down if health department ever did a surprise visit in those 5 rooms with mold in them please do not stay here they don’t even employ enough ppl to properly clean the dirty linens

It was a good stay for one night and I would do it again. The fitness room is missing a few sets of the dumbbells but everything else was very nice!

Great choice!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Express, Albermarle and I can confidently say it was a great experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality, making me feel right at home.
The room was spacious, and clean. The amenities were good, especially the pool, which the kids loved.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was delicious! The hotel is located near restaurants and shops, another huge benefit. I would stay again.

Very well maintained. The check in was fast as the front desk lady was pleasent when i atrived at 3 pm. I went to the room and noticed no coffee maker but the coffee and tea pods were in the room so went down to the front desk to ask about it. It must have been shift change because A different lady was now there and said she would get one when she is not busy but never did. Also it has a beautiful outdoor pool but we weren't able to use it because the second lady locked the gate at 5 pm.

We stayed overnight in this property and we liked how clean the facility was, the staff on duty were pleasant and professional. We liked the complimentary breakfast too, the staff assigned ensured that the food was well-supplied! I highly recommend this property!
