Costa Palmera Resort
"We stayed at Costa Palmera Resort to celebrate a special occasion with the family, and it was a fantastic experience. We booked the Pool Villa, which came with a private pool and a stunning view of the sea. It truly felt like a comfortable home away from home. The staff were excellent—friendly, approachable, and quick to assist with our requests. Their warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a great time, and we’re already looking forward to visiting again. Costa Palmera Resort is perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway!"
Alicia Hotel & Restaurant
"Excellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service."
