Hotel St. Ellis ★★★★
"Excellent location"
Daraga Tourist Inn ★★★
"It's clean and worth it of stay"
The Marison Hotel ★★★★
"The service was good, the location was okay too, and the breakfast soup was really delicious. But the bread and milk were just way too sweet. Also, the hot and cold water for showering keeps changing - it gets really hot after I take a shower, so I adjust it to make it lukewarm, but then it turns really cold while I'm still showering。"
Casa Lorenzo powered by Cocotel ★★★
"In short: for locals, this is a normal good hotel-restaurant, but for a European, everything will be very bad here. More detailed: 1. The main problem is that you will be settled where they want you to go and not where you booked. I was put in a smaller room, without a window next to the reception and not next to the garden. 2. The room will be poorly prepared for living. Dirty (see photo), with lots of insects and bad smells Jokes: There is a kettle, but the outlet for it is located at a height of 2 meters by the bed. You have to stand like a waiter and wait for it to boil Pay attention to the photos of the chairs: they are covered with a cloth and are not conspicuous. In fact, it's a plastic chair from a dumpster. That is, they understand that a plastic chair is trash and therefore it is covered in the photo - but it's impossible to put a normal chair in the room. At the same time, there is a pile of massive expensive wooden furniture at the reception, and dozens of normal chairs in the banquet hall. There is an air conditioner, but it does not work from the remote control. It can only turn on and off. Naturally, it's dirty and dusty, and I don't think the staff knows about the existence of filters that need to be cleaned. Dirt is everywhere: on the closet, in the chandelier, under the bed. The chandelier is also home to insects that immediately fly towards you if you turn off the light and pick up your phone. I am attaching real, truthful photos so that you will understand that I am not lying, but telling the truth. They will also calmly watch you sit in the lobby for 4 hours, but they will not check you in (although the room is ready. well, by their standards) because you have to pay 200 pesos for every hour for an early check-in. 200 pesos for 1 hour! But you'll have a chair in your room from the nearest dumpster. Naturally, after 5 minutes of checking in, I immediately asked for a cancellation because living in such conditions and with such an attitude is disgusting. But of course they refused me))))))"
Casablanca Suites Near Airport ★★★
"The first time I booked this hotel was 15 years ago or more. I was impressed with the room but now a total disaster. The shower head is broken, the shower curtains are dirty with so many stains, and the towels are greyish in colour, the door toilet and cabinets need re-painting etc."
Apihap Hotel Daraga Albay ★
"Place is near to my best friends house w/c is a plus. Affordable hotel, staffs are friendly and attentive. I experience a strong earthquake at the 3rd floor, gladly the staffs manage to get all their clients to safety. Balik balik Lang. See you in my nxt visit."
Proxy by The Oriental Albay ★★★
"Staff are accomodating. Dining is fine Swimming pool passage way is quite smelly."
Tabaco Gardenia Hotel ★★
"This place is best for a nearby get up within the city. The bed is just normal though the room is big but no other supplies where you can hang your clothes. The receptionist is not welcoming, sometimes you can hear loud noises outside the hallway and sometimes I am awake when I'm asleep. One should be welcoming and pleasing whenever greetings some guests. I can suggest this to couples , friends, even solo travelers who just want to stay there for a resst but prefer to travel and visit nearby places since it is accessible."
RedDoorz @ Pag Asa Rawis Legazpi ★★
"good service, the location is near the hi-way, but the parking is limited."

Bernese Resort Hotel powered by Cocotel
"Clean and safe. But there were ants, which was okay for me but my friends seemed uncomfortable. The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos) The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast."
The Oriental Legazpi
"The Mayon view from The Oriental Legazpi was truly beautiful, and I appreciate that my request for an upper room with a view was granted. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The staff were not very approachable, restaurant service was poor, water was not readily offered, and we were even told to call the staff when we were ready to order. There was also loud noise from a lobby photoshoot, weak water pressure in the shower that took around 30 minutes to resolve, broken tiles and visible maintenance issues, no menu list in the room, and the breakfast buffet felt rushed even before the stated closing time. The view is excellent, but good view alone is not enough. Guests pay not only for scenery, but also for service, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and basic hospitality. If not because of the Mayon view, I would not return."
Casa Basilisa Hotel & Resort
"Place was adjacent to the town proper. Staffs were friendly and accomodating."
247 BalikBayan Fun Resort
"We booked an overnight stay and i would say that our stay was comfortable enough. The room we were given was very simple, water pressure in the shower was low but overall it was okay given that there werent other hotels to choose from. We will definitely come back. Great value for the price."
Hotel Herencia 625
"We stayed before here, and they are so accommodating so we decided to book again. The room is spacious and clean as well. We will definitely go back again."
Hotel Fina
"Overall, they had a good services! Staff are very accommodating and always had a smile in their faces. Ameneties are fine they have a hair dryer towels for two and shower kit!"
Emerald Boutique Hotel
"Great place to sleep"
VELA HOTEL
"Hotel should at least have laundry facility and hair blower for rent (if room has no hair blower facility). The family room should at least have shelves sufficient to unload clothes not just the side tables’ shelves. Bit we liked the cleanliness and staff attitudes."
Casa Bicolandia Suites
"Worst stay. NOT RECOMMENDED!!! Staff and lady guard, especially the night shift, need to attend to DOT seminars, especially proper etiquette, and how to treat guests. FO girl and lady guard on duty during late afternoon to night duty are so arrogant and have no idea how to properly address guest concerns on the room. We booked for a 1 night stay from Bicol International Airport a place to REST and SLEEP before heading to Naga to attend a special event, unfortunately this place will not give you this peaceful Rest and sleep you needed . How can you rest and sleep if they gave you a room with 2 sides of the room with road construction and sound of a Jack hammer drill and cement mixer plus the loud voices of the laborers working on the site. We asked the morning duty if until what time this workers will be staying and working with thus loud noise. As per the staff only until 5pm. Ok, we opted to go out and explore the area. We have some snacks and rest after 5 pm. Upon returning at 5:30pm noise still ongoing we asked the staff on duty the girl feeling entitled I don't know if she is related is related to the owner because she's not even wearing a uniform unlike the morning duty and othe staff on duty. I personally asked her we thought the work was only until 5pm why still ongoing at the past 5 pm she just smiled... again, I asked her how can we rest with such a loud noise in our room again smiled. On my mind, I don't need your smile. I need answers. Until I flared up and told her to ask the people outside until what time they would be working for us, the rest, and sleep. She answered, "hindi ko po alam ma'am," I answered. "kaya nga alamin mo para sa guest nyo." And we just e left to have coffee to cool down my frustrations with the situation. We went back 7:20pm still very noisy working ongoing cement mixer drill and all types of sounds. I ask the guard "hindi pa rin sila tapos until.what time yan?" Lady guard replied without respect "hindi ko alam" ha? I told her she answered back "wala kaming magagawa dyan!" After long confrontation with the feeling entitled fO staff she transferred us to a room not so affected by the noise. My point is, from the start you know the on going construction in the area why will you put guest on those room while you have vacant rooms a little far from that area. 2 days before our check in date I even called them to request for a quite room and asked for parking slot since we rented a car as our service. They said yes and did not inform us that parking slots ARE NOT AVAILABLE due to the construction. DOT Daraga should inspect this accommodation both rooms they gave us does not comply with the requirements. NOT RECOMMENDED!"
