"We booked this hotel because of the affordable rate, but now we understand why it was cheap. The room we were given was not clean when we arrived, and overall service was extremely poor. I approached the night shift front desk officer (I believe his name was Clement) because our heater wasn’t working. Instead of helping, he responded rudely and simply said there was no housekeeping available — with zero concern or effort to assist us. We also pre-ordered breakfast for 6:00 AM since we had an important meeting, yet it arrived past 7:00 AM and made us late. The food was unpleasant, and even the hot drink was just a sachet of Milo no cup or hot water at all! Its not even prepared properly. We really hoped for a better experience, but unfortunately, this stay was stressful from start to finish. Definitely not recommended unless improvements are made in cleanliness, customer service, and food quality."

"This place is best for a nearby get up within the city. The bed is just normal though the room is big but no other supplies where you can hang your clothes. The receptionist is not welcoming, sometimes you can hear loud noises outside the hallway and sometimes I am awake when I'm asleep. One should be welcoming and pleasing whenever greetings some guests. I can suggest this to couples , friends, even solo travelers who just want to stay there for a resst but prefer to travel and visit nearby places since it is accessible."

"Clean and safe. But there were ants, which was okay for me but my friends seemed uncomfortable. The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos) The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast."

"I will review on the older building where i was booked. For the price, it's not worth it. The room was old, amenities were very basic, bathroom has no divisions so it can be a mess once u take a shower (it's door jambs had termites so the wood dust would dirty the area. Breakfast is at the 2nd floor of the new building. It rained a bit and caused a flooding at the street separating the buildings. They had to make a make shift bridge (after some prodding) for us to cross. Parking is at the new building too. It is cramp and hard to move once other cars were there. Breakfast is okay.The employees were respectful and good."

"Hotel should at least have laundry facility and hair blower for rent (if room has no hair blower facility). The family room should at least have shelves sufficient to unload clothes not just the side tables’ shelves. Bit we liked the cleanliness and staff attitudes."

"We stayed there for the volcano view. Stunning! The 2nd floor has a bed hammock, a bicycle and a chair with cat background wall for guests to take photos with. Can view the Mayon Volcano on 2nd and 3rd floor. Room being the cheapest type has 2 fans and no aircon, no hot shower. Not so clean but ok. Great services. That’s a beautiful place and they are still decorating something in the front door."

"Friendly staff, checked in at 10am. The room is large and clean, you can see the volcano from the window. Breakfast is silong and coffee. Good location - the bus station is a 10-minute walk away. Cons - Wi-Fi disappears, no hot water, the door to the room opens with difficulty."
