The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was better than most. The room was fine but could use some updating and paint touchups, especially in the bathroom.

This hotel is a bit dated, but the cleanliness, great customer service, and basic amenities definitely make up for the aged structure and small rooms. We were there 3 nights and had no problems that weren't solved quickly and courteously. The pool is awesome for lone exercises if you get there early. The only unsolvable issues were the lack of charging ports available WITHOUT an adapter; lack of clothing hooks in shower area - there is one hanging by a thread; tiny, low to the ground toilet; and no safety bars at shower or toilet. Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice place to stay, clean and comfortable room that had plenty of space. Next to the Interstate and lots of eating options within walking distance. Loads of parking space even if returning back to the property late. Only minor issues are that whilst appreciated, the breakfast is a little too basic, and the free coffee isn't that nice. But overall its a good place to stay.

The room was clean and I appreciated the new/resurfaced bathtub. I usually stay at Comfort Inns but the Quality Inn in Albany was really just as nice.

The people were just amazing!! So kind and helpful! We came for graduation at osu and had a 20min drive each way and it was absolutely worth it!! We will highly recommend them in the future!!!

All aspects of our visit were very good...there is however, deferred maintenance in the bathroom of room #209. The ceiling above the tub is cracked and somewhat falling. It needs immediate repair...with the cost of rooms one does not expect to have a ceiling that is cracked and harboring bacteria and perhaps mold....that is a dangerous situation for people staying in the room. Staff was professional and polite. Otherwise our stay was good.
