We spent the night here, on our way to visit historic Andersonville. We checked in late, and Toyo was a very nice receptionist. The place looked very nice….until we got in the room. The room was spacious, and comfortable; but the bad part is that there are roaches. Also, the bathroom was in disrepair; with the toilet seat broken, and a slow water flow. My three pet rabbit service animals didn’t seem to mind so much, and it was only for one night. The TV, and everything else; worked well. Would I stay here again? Yes; if they take care of the roach situation. ( ( ( -.-) o_(“)(“)

I had requested a handicap accessible room but none was available. One of the light bulbs was blown. There was no remote control for the TV. I had to go to the front desk several times to resolve this issue. The remote did not work Friday night. The power turned on and you could only adjust the volume, higher.
Saturday morning I went to see what was on the menu for the continental breakfast. The only things that were offered was waffles, cold cereal, and bananas.
I returned to the front desk regarding the remote control and was given one that worked. Unfortunately, the closed captions were on and I couldn’t remove it. The manager had to come in a reprogram the remote to remove it.
The beds were comfortable and the location was idea.

Breakfast badly needs an upgrade--all that was available was cereal and waffles (with no butter!). Add yogurt with fruit, pastries, bananas, hard-boiled eggs.

The rooms had mold everywhere in the rooms. I had to go buy my own clean products & bedding to feel comfortable enough to sleep there.

Terrible
First the rooms were not cleaned well at all . The linen was stained and old . Shower barely sprayed out water due to being clogged. Towel were hard and old . The breakfast was non existent . Coffee waffle and a banana . Lobby was a construction staging area . I have stayed here before . It has plummeted in quality .

The lamps in the room had chewed up gum inside of it the walls was so dirty the ac vent is so nasty room needs a deep cleaning or maybe some new housekeeping

The property online showed it was well kept and nicely updated. The room costed almost 100 dollars for just one day. There was mold in the bathroom and several things were broken in the room. Parking is odd and rather limited. The property is not in the best location but it did ok for a one night stay. Some rooms were being painted at the time of my stay but the property itself could really use a remodel. I would not stay again.

The staff was very nice and willing to help. The property was in great condition and felt homely. But the towels, facecloths etc…looked old and used already. So if it wasn't for that, I’d give them a perfect score.
