La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham-Albany GA

Had a Great StayCation!!!. My three sisters and myself stayed so we could enjoy our time together and enjoy the Pool. The staff was very welcoming and eager to please. Everything was wonderful. Pool was so clean and refreshing in this Hot Albany weather. We will definitely stay again. Thank You from the Diemer Girls😎😎😎😎

During my stay I was placed in a room with adjoining doors and a toilet that would not flush. I informed the staff and they did nothing. I ended up having to flush the toilet each time using a trash can in the room to catch water and flush. But that’s not even the worse part. In the middle of the night duiring my last night there. I was awoken by someone pushing on my adjoining door! I was extremely frightened and barricaded the door then moved to the main door of the room. After a few minutes a man came to the main door calling out “guest services” and stating he needed to check my adjoining door to make sure it was locked! It was locked of course because the attempt to get in was unsuccessful! It felt like an attempt for human trafficking which occurs in hotels near airports especially. No employee is going to disturb a guest in the middle of the night attempting access to her room after pushing on a door! I’m just greatful I made it out to share the story! I tried to ensure no one could enter the room until daylight. Pics below.

I’ve stayed there a few times in the past. This time was the first time I was disappointed with my first room. It smelled musty and damp. I had to ask for a different room, which was better. I did notice the tub corner had black buildup in the corners and the wash clothes were dingy. I actually went to Walmart and got wash clothes and towels. Room 321

The pool was closed during summer hours and there was not any complimentary water available.Customer service was awesome!

The staff was excellent they were all always will to assist. I stayed there for 7 weeks on a business trip that kept been extended. Honestly I never had one problem. Please let Matt, Gwen, Eric and Janay know that there kindness will forever be appreciated. House keeping did an awesome job as well. The breakfast was also very good. I truly give them a 10 out of 10. God Bless you all

The staffs customer service was amazing. The breakfast was on time and checked regularly. The only downside was that they were out of salt, but it wasn't really needed. The building itself needs some work. You could get in the back door but you could not go out of it, which frightened me at first. There were uncovered hardwires exposed in the ceiling of the room. The sink did not drain well, and the shower leaked even with the curtain closed. I would still stay again because great customer service is hard to come by. Thanks
