Courtyard Albany

My 90-year-old father and I had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Albany, GA. Trey, Trey, Trey — OUTSTANDING! From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally professional, courteous, and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth, his friendly demeanor stood out immediately, and he was a perfect gentleman. Our room was ready right away, and Trey made sure my elderly, disabled father had the most comfortable accommodations. He even told my dad to call him directly at the front desk if he needed anything — a thoughtful gesture that meant so much after a long day of travel. Customer service like this truly makes a difference. Thank you, Trey, for setting the tone for such a pleasant stay. You deserve a raise, a management position teaching others customer service, and recognition as the outstanding young man you are. Kudos to you, Trey — the world needs more people like you! The property itself was very clean, well-kept, and worth the stay. I highly recommend this Courtyard Marriott location to all travelers.

Excellent Stayed all week at hotels for our trip. This hotel was clean, beds comfortable, pool clean and friendly staff.

Let's start with the hallways, at check in on Friday, there was trash near elevators 1st and 3rd floor, check out the trash was still there. Each time I went downstairs to ask for coffee, I always got a dirty look, shower was filthy, there was hair and trash on shower floor, the bathroom floors looked dirty, some trash still in the room on the floor. There was trash on the floor in the elevator since check-in/check-out. I asked for room service to replace towels, wash cloths, hand towels and garbage only, when we got back in the room, nothing was replaced, found out later there was NO clean ones available at all from hotel staff. Hotel staff was very courteous and friendly, no complaints there other than the coffee issues. Pool was clean and nice and warm. The bistro prices were quite high, just go out someplace other than the hotel. 1.5 stars because of the high price for the 2 nights my family was there and the place was very dirty, trash not picked up, towels, wash cloths, hand towels not replaced, trashed not taken out and new bags out in and room being dirty. We will not be staying again or recommending this hotel.
