"We spent two nights at Hotel Aida. The room was nice with a small balcony and minibar. It was spotless. Breakfast was very good and all staff were wonderful. We enjoyed dinner there one night and it was quite good. Parking was easy and the hotel is in a great location. It is close to shopping, restaurants and the beach. We would like to return next year when the water is a bit warmer and stay for a longer period of time."

"Honestly, the structure may even be valid... I'm guessing?!! (As I haven't had the pleasure of seeing it in person) but humanity and understanding don't even know what it's all about.!!! Since we made a group reservation, not made by me personally, for €280 for a single night, and since I was unable to attend, I provided a certificate attached by email, along with proof of illness for one of my two children (3 years old) due to acute ear infection and a very high fever. I asked for understanding, asking for a bonus and being able to use the paid night (of course, I didn't want my money back), but only to be able to recover a one-night stay. I don't think a facility like this would struggle and suffer by using a room, especially one that was cashed in by changing the date. After a bit of a fuss, they initially accepted the offer, but soon after they went back on their word, denying me the offer I'd granted via email, making nonexistent excuses, and not responding to previous emails I'd sent with information about a receipt sent to close the matter and my withdrawal. In short, they may be a nice facility, but in my opinion, they're very venal. Humanity is below zero!!! Poor Italy."

"It's been months since our stay, but we remember it as if it was yesterday. The structure, the apartment, the gardens, the free parking place with electric vehicles charger, the swimming pool, the kindness of Barbara and Filippo... I could list endless positive aspects, but I suggest to everyone to try them in person. We have always loved Alassio, but from now with the possibility to spend our nights and days in Alaxia we can assert that we like it even more. Thank you again for those wonderful days, we can't wait to come back there as soon as possible!"

"Stepping back into time was a fun experience. The hotel was built in 1930 and the ambience (although remodeled) took you to that era. The staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was provided. And, it was a short walk to the perfectly blue and clear water of the Mediterranean. Breakfast butter was included. The cost of the room was reasonable and the hotel is located in a good part of town."
