房間有一些老舊了，衞生間的門都無法關上，要用紙板夾住才能關上。房間門也損壞了很多，房間有冰箱，但無法使用，是壞的，樓層服務員的服務態度很好，非常熱情周到，需要的東西能很快收到。總服務枱的服務員服務也很周到，並主動向我們提供諮詢服務，非常感謝

阿拉善賓館不愧是四星級賓館：位置優越。居阿拉善左旗中心；建築宏偉。有主樓和二幢附樓，超大的院子，停車位多，停車方便；房間乾淨整潔。房間內空調製冷效果很好，熱水充足，居住舒適。
尤其使我們印象深刻的是：前台服務人員熱情大方，前台服務的經理姐姐處理事情果斷周到，讓我們感到賓至如歸；賓館早餐非富多樣，能吃出食材很新鮮，能感覺到廚師在用心做每一道菜。
總之，我感覺，阿拉善賓館非常的價廉物美，我們用二星級酒店的價格，享受到了四星級賓的服務，體驗感超棒！

總體挺好的，衹是有一天早餐放到了對外外營業的點餐餐廳，非常差，一個熱菜都沒有，而是下雨，被雨淋了，人還多，非常不滿意，希望能改進。其他的都挺好的。
