Service is off. We stayed there for 4 nights. They did ‘clean’ the room daily, but the cleaning service only limited to changing the towels in bathroom. They didn’t even bother to empty the full trash bin in living area for 2 days. And of course they didn’t change bed sheets during our stay. Basically the room looked the same after cleaning as when we headed out…And we have 3 people, they only provided 2 towels daily by default, I had to call front desk everyday to ask for extra towel. And yes, I did request 3 towels on the 2nd day, sadly nothing changed. I will not stay here again.

服務非常棒，比預期強很多，在阿拉善左旗能住到硬件不輸北京上海，服務還很好的酒店，感覺西北旅遊真是很棒。早餐也要點個大大的贊，種類多，還有地方特色，地方特色也很正宗，下次來必還住這個酒店。

這個價位可以住到這樣的新酒店，非常滿意！！有小插曲，但是很快解決！也有個別小小問題，（洗衣房乾衣機使用中停止沒有電源了，前台叫我去拔插座再插回去，可是打開機房沒有插座，最後叫保安上來也沒修好，太晚等第二天叫工程部維修，我覺得叫客人拔插座這有點不太好）酒店裝修硬件，服務，包括早餐都很好！！！

大堂是我喜歡的風格，辦公區域這塊很好，打印了一些文件很方便，服務也滿意，早餐不錯，左旗這個地方有這樣的酒店還是蠻驚喜的。

此次出行酒店選的特別好，房間很安靜，前台小姐姐會主動幫忙拿行李，退房的時候還送了小禮品，酒店有自己的停車場很安全，住在這裏特別放心
