We have stayed at warmth lake haven, alappuzha, at least 3-4 times, and it used to be our perfect getaway to relax and unwind from the daily hustle. Despite being consistently disappointed with the food quality during each visit, we kept returning because the resort’s location and the mental peace it offered outweighed those shortcomings. However, during our recent visit, we were extremely disappointed. The new staff were not only impolite but outright rude, which has made us decide that we will never visit warmth lake haven again. We’ve been understanding and patient in the past, often waiting for rooms to be cleaned during check-in without any complaints. However, during our last stay, we were a few minutes late (about half an hour) to check out, and the staff rudely demanded extra payment for the delay. It wasn’t the request for extra payment that bothered us, but the unprofessional and harsh manner in which it was demanded. As regular visitors, we never expected such treatment, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. We can no longer recommend this resort after such a negative encounter with the new team.

Stay is awesome, must visit. Just one concern, stay is inside one village, that is not good part. Rest hotel is very beautiful, peaceful, everyone is so coporative.

Amazing location just beside the backwaters we could see it from our bed. Lots of things to explore & do in this resort. Excellent food & ambience.

We went with the family. The cottages are located on the river bank. They have free water sports. The breakfast buffet spread is also decent. The food was good as well. The crabs are must try.
