Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

recently stayed at Numa Bay Exclusive and overall I had a very pleasant experience. • Friendly staff – From reception to the restaurant, everyone was polite, helpful and made effort to ensure we were comfortable. Small gestures (helping with luggage, quick response to requests) really stood out. Dean guest representative very friendly and helpful can ask him anything. Dean helped us to book a la carte dinner for 9 of us to celebrate my douguhters birthday. Food in Alibaba restaurant delicious with lost of starters and delicious main meal. • Delicious food & good variety – The buffet has many options, (Turkish, BBQ, international) that make meals more special.  • Clean and comfortable rooms – Rooms are modern, with nice amenities, good size, and daily cleaning.  • Good facilities & beach – There are several pools, a private beach, wellness/spa offerings, and kid-friendly facilities. It’s good both for relaxing and for families. The hotel’s spa area is a real highlight. The traditional Turkish hammam is definitely worth trying – it’s clean, beautifully designed and gives an authentic experience of local culture. The staff in the spa are professional and welcoming, making you feel comfortable from the first moment. After a session in the hammam followed by a massage, you come out completely relaxed and refreshed. One thing I really appreciated is that there are no people constantly coming up to sell things or trying to convince you to join activities on the beach or by the pool. The Kids Club is also fantastic. Children are kept entertained with a variety of creative activities – from baking cookies to pottery workshops. It’s safe, fun, and gives parents some well-deserved time to relax while the kids are happily engaged. The hotel is very well located – there are plenty of shops around, so it’s easy to go for a walk, buy souvenirs or pick up anything you might need during your stay. Everything is within a short walking distance, which makes it very convenient.

Gorgeous hotel. Gorgeous staff. Food has been amazing. Always something for everyone, even our picky toddlers. We had one meal each at AliBaba, Wok and Joes Grill which were all lovely, favourite probably joes grill - which does come at extra charge but totally worth it. The pools are lovely, a little fresh at times (especially the kids pool!) but they are kept so clean so can’t complain about that. Dean has been a fantastic liaison for us, always smily and chatty and really helpful if we needed something, he’s a credit to the team here. Our room was a family room which was perfect for us as the kids were in a separate space which meant we could enjoy an evening drink on the balcony without disturbing them. The entertainment team have also been fantastic, shout out to Moni who always had time for a picture and a silly request or chat from our little ones. Really loved our overall experience here at Numa and looking forward to possibly coming back, especially after their exciting expansion! Amy & Alex x

This is a Clean hotel , nice adult chill pool . Upon arrival my room was nicely decorated for my birthday which was a nice touch . Food is the best at Ali baba beach restaurant. There Is plenty of other choice also . I just wasn’t overly keen on the buffet food in the evening but we never went hungry . The staff are welcoming & friendly a special shout out to guest relations Dean always available for a chat to see how your holiday is going & any help needed . Also victor in the lobby bar who works so hard he never stops , he makes time for everyone to say hello & get you a drink he is a credit to the hotel . All in all did the job a week of relaxing.

Arrived late at nigh after restaurants closed to be told by reception they did not have our booking! They asked us to pay for a night by credit card as there were no managers on duty to help us! We were asked to sit in lounge area whilst they looked into it all, We were looked after there by a lovely waiter called Victor, who couldn't have been more helpful that night and when ever we saw him his service was impeccable, we were asked to prove payment which we did and they found they had booked for a month later! Second day, no door on bathroom just a curtain tiles on shower area and bathroom area were like glass and very slippy, we had to put towels down to even shower and then more towels on floor getting out if shower to the bedroom! Very slippy indeed ! and the room was not what we had asked for a family room , they gave us another room not much improvement though, we were three friends on holiday. So one would hope there was three of everything, nope we had to ask for extra towels and bathrobes and glasses cups ! Asked at guest relations about the slippy floors and were given extra floor mats. We also asked about the mix up on arrival and the room mix up , offered free 15 min massage, an extra eat in a la carte snd a free cabana. Day three at adults only pool as all other pools with lots if kids as its a family hotel, ok , but on arrival the area still had rubbish on floors drinks etc and food from day before, thus happened few days, the pool has a shallow section that one can walk in to main pool (not big) which looks fine but I took one step into the shallow pool and went down hard onto my ribs and right shoulder, the tiles are like glass! They offered me to go to clinic and hospital, which I declined as one of us is a senior nurse and even if a rib was broken nothing is done for it, Daily when there we watch so many others have the same slips its very dangerous, it took over a week before I got to sit in front of the owner who took great pains to tell me people slip cos of sun cream in water ! Well theres is also not shower at that pool either! He told me all companies that sell holidays there have been and risk assessed the hotel and are happy , no one has ever stepped in that pool I can truly say, also he claimed he had never had anyone complain about this pool , , so booked the cabana few days later 9-6 with fruit to arrive and staff would look after us from bar etc, cabana was not cleaned, the fridge was not plugged in not stocked with anything like water? Then three aclock , no fruit platter ! Bar staff walking past not engaging with us, When we asked, the fruit platter came with a bottle of cava . The food in main restaurant is ok , I stuck to fruits yoghurts and local things same with dinner I stuck to the turkish grills etc which were better than anything, the a la cartes were better and portions especially in the grill one were superb and we realised quickly that the standard of the wines in a la cartes were better, was worth

Well what can I say 2nd time here in Numa bay! It’s just as good as the first we stayed here in 2023. Food amazing, animation team amazing. The entertainment and activities have been brilliant to get involved with I haven’t belly laughed so much! We have a family room for 5, 2 adults 3 children. The main reason we came back to Numa is because of Dean in guest relations! He couldn’t be more accommodating friendly informative and just a lovely guy! Also Ramzan is so friendly and keeps the pool area immaculate so thank you!

I have been travelling to Turkey for over 25 years and have been to a variety of different hotels. This trip was my first time to Anlaya. We travelled as a family of 4, as two adults and 2 children age 5 and 8 years. The moment we arrived I was impressed with how grand the hotel looked. There was juice, apples, mints and Turkish delight in reception. We were checked in quickly and our bags were taken to our room. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food at the hotel has been excellent for the whole two weeks we've been here. We have always found something to eat and there is so much choice. The kids buffet was a great idea too. The restaurant staff all work really hard clearing tables and they are very polite. The kids club was very good, again made special by the staff Akin and Martina were excellent with the kids. The Al la Carte restaurant was excellent and again the staff were all friendly and attentive. Our drinks were always really nice and this is the first hotel in Turkey that uses good spirits,all cocktails tasted like they would back home. The entertainment team go out of their way to keep to involved and busy. Jonny and Kayta in particular always make time to check in and make sure everyone is having fun. The people working around the pool don't stop all day collecting glasses and we've never seen dirty glasses or plates being left. The evening entertainment was really good and the kids enjoyed the mini disco, we enjoyed the shows especially the Colombian dancers who were outstanding. The spa was clean and staff here were also really friendly. The guest services team were the best I've ever had on holiday. Nothing was too much for them. One lady discovered it was my birthday and she arranged for the room to be decorated and a small gift was sent. The main man of Numa Bay is Dean from guest services. He walks around all day checking that people are OK and dealing with any requests. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was and what was available as guests. He always has a smile on his face and its clear he is extremely professional and good at his job. We knew if we did have an issue (which we didnt) that Dean was the man to sort it. We heard other guests say exactly the same. We love Numa and will definitely be coming back!!
