place is ok, receptionist isn't always ready

The room was very dirty and the management was very indifferent. Even though we booked a room with a double bed, they gave us single beds together.

It was already 11pm when I arrived that day, and the boss moved me to another famous hotel. I was extremely scared inside. But in the middle of the night, there is no way to drag a big suitcase around. I can only go with the boss to another famous hotel. However, after I moved in, I was so scared that I didn't dare to sleep because the room had no windows and there was a utility room at the other door. Then I fell into a drowsy sleep due to lack of oxygen. I slept there for 2 days. It didn't feel better until I opened the sliding door on the roof on the third morning. But the door on the roof cannot always be opened, it is 2 stories high and the houses are next to each other. You can come directly from the roof of other people's houses. The boss said that because of the area, there was a power outage and there was no electricity. So since there is no electricity, why are you hanging on the Internet? Is this trying to sell dog meat?

I had high hopes for Asma Han Hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations due to several management and service issues for our group of 13 guests. Booking & Room Assignment Issues From the beginning, we faced issues with our reservation. Despite being promised certain rooms and prices, the arrangements changed multiple times leading up to our stay. While they reduced the price for booking all 9 rooms, once we reduced the number of rooms to 6, we were allocated rooms that were far below acceptable standards, even for a one-star hotel. On arrival, they gave three of the better rooms to other new guests who booked recently while assigning us ground-floor rooms with serious problems. One room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was full of mold. One of our guests, who has breathing issues, found it impossible to stay in such conditions. After significant discussions, the management did move us to a better room next day, but by that point, the damage was done. Additionally, despite written confirmation that we could check into three rooms early on first day, this promise was retracted just a day before our arrival, further adding to the confusion and frustration. Facilities & Cleanliness Some basic facilities were not up to par. For example, one room had a wet, used towel hanging up upon our check-in, indicating it had not been properly cleaned. Also, the bathrooms lacked soap, and when we mentioned this upon checkout, we were told we should have asked. Basic amenities like soap should be available by default in any hotel room. Breakfast & Additional Charges The breakfast was fine but came with unexpected extras. While they did serve breakfast, items like omelets and even coffee came with additional charges. Strangely, they served orange juice to some guests, but when we requested some, they claimed they had no oranges left. At checkout, we were also surprised by additional charges for water consumed during our stay, which we had not been informed about until the very end. Positives On the bright side, the hotel has a beautiful garden, a great location, and breakfast was generally decent. The hotel is within walking distance of the town center, which made exploring the area convenient. Additionally, the hotel owner gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Suggestions for Improvement -Honesty and consistency in communication about room reservations. -Clear upfront information about any additional charges (e.g., for water, coffee, and breakfast items). -Improvement in room cleanliness and maintenance, especially with issues like mold and bad odors. -Ensure all rooms meet a basic standard before being rented out. While the location and garden were lovely, the management needs to address these issues to meet the standard that guests expect from a hotel in this category.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Alacati- this is it! From the second we arrived we were taken care of by the kind and friendly staff. It also helped that we visited during the week so we were one of the few guests. We spent many mornings, afternoons, and evenings in the backyard garden which was probably the best part of the whole hotel! The eclectic vibe and beautiful surrounding nature was the perfect place to relax and hang out for our group. The free breakfast served every morning was also the best part (ok, I can’t choose just one)- multiple plates of cheese, fruit, freshly cooked eggs, vegetables, fresh jams- everything was amazing and we enjoyed it every morning on the back patio. The location is just perfect- it’s riiiight on the edge of the town so it doesn’t get too loud or rowdy at night but you’re also only about 5 minutes walking to the center of all the action. The rooms are all very rustic and charming- each with their own design and features. Ours had a nice bench seat along the window which was great for relaxing and looking out onto the street. The staff doesn’t speak a ton of English but we got by thanks to our limited Turkish (and one Turkish friend!). Would highly recommend this hotel :)

If you want to rest and you want to feel special you need to choose this place. ❤️ here is every detail beautiful. And for me the most important thing is peace what i needed and i found it here. Hotel is so so cleanly and so much beauty every detail. ❤️

We went to the hotel for a 2-day stay with 2 families, but we had a hard time staying at the hotel for 1 day. The rooms were extremely dirty. Bathrooms are full of hair. The covers and sheets were stained. They also tried to charge us for the day we didn't stay. And they did not return it to our friend who could not come.

From the first day I was very impressed. Friendly and very helpful staff, you just feel like you are in good hands there. Rooms very clean. I went for 3 days and stayed for 4 weeks straight. I just loved the family atmosphere. Very central location. I have been to a few hotels there but Asmahan is my favorite

A wonderful family atmosphere. When we went, some rooms of the hotel were undergoing renovations. the pillows and linens are very comfortable and the garden is very peaceful. It's inside the market but completely noiseless. We also recommended it to our other friends and this is our common comment.

I would like to thank dear Ms. Leyla and Mr. Hasan for making me feel comfortable and safe like at home in Alaçatı. Safe and clean accommodation is a must for me when I travel alone. I went to Asmahan Hotel without knowing that I would find more and it was a great chance for me. The weather was cold during the two days of my stay, but the heating in the rooms was good, and my room was very clean and comfortable. When I went down to the breakfast room in the morning, there were beautiful paw-puppies that were born just two days ago, lying on the sofa and trying to suckle their mother. The owner's constant covering of them with blankets to prevent the puppies and their mother from getting cold, and his interest and compassion for them made me realize once again what a good choice I made for accommodation. confirmed. They said to me, "From now on, you have a home in Alaçatı" and they really made me feel like I was at home, thank you very much. Now I have a house in Alaçatı that I can go to without hesitation☺️

We stayed in the room with fireplace, it was nice but the toilets were not clean. The location is good, the refrigerator was not working either. They also asked for an additional 100 TL for the fireplace to the price seen on the Internet. We couldn't pay by card/money transfer, they wanted cash. There were no tongs etc. for the fireplace.

We preferred the room with a fireplace in winter. First of all, the heating was inadequate and we had to pay an additional fee except for the first logs of the fireplace because we were very cold. The staff was attentive, but the breakfast was very mediocre and I cannot comment very well on the cleanliness.
