We booked a room with a pool, but we arrived at 10pm and couldn't see the outside of the room. We were given a room without a pool, and they didn't refund the difference in price for one night. I'm very dissatisfied with this. Other than this, everything is ok.

This hotel was simply perfect, very satisfactory service attitude, very spectacular environment surrounded by rocks, and free shuttle to Maraya for photos, good food, however a bit expensive, campfire stargazing outside the room in the evening, perfect!
