It was a great experience with this hotel

A nice and beautiful experience. It wasn't my first. But they were very late in getting me in and they didn't compensate me or take into account the notes I mentioned to them.

The hotel's service is relatively poor. It is very difficult for me to change a room. The location of the hotel is OK, close to our office. Overall, it is so-so.

Very good. The room is very good.

• The staff entered my room without permission while my family and I were sleeping at 9 AM. I woke up to find a housekeeper standing in the middle of the room, claiming it was checkout time. Completely unacceptable! • At 4 AM, they called me about a food delivery I never ordered. This didn’t happen just once – they kept calling again and again, disturbing us throughout the night! • When I asked for an extra blanket, they said they were “out of stock.” How does a hotel not have a single extra blanket? • On arrival, the staff was unprofessional and gave me the wrong room. I had to pay an additional 600 SAR to finally get the correct room I had originally booked. • Overall, this hotel is a disaster. Poor service, unprofessional staff, and a total lack of respect for privacy. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Avoid at all costs.

The building and the decor are fine. The apartments are well equipped and comfortable. There is just some modernization to be made to the patio doors. Even when close the road noise is shocking. No matter what time of day. This makes for a very poor nights sleep. This was constant throughout mw stay. The doors need replacing with sound proofed glass and sealed closing doors throughout. I might have well slept out side the noise was that bad. The next point is the broadband. For a hotel on the Corniche to have broadband that it's max speed is 3 MBPS. That doesn't help with trying to work within the building. Then being told you should use your own 5G as a hot spot is not exactly encouraging. This needs to be addressed for the experience also.

One of the worst experiences I have had. The room isolation is bad. Expect to hear everything the next door neighbor is doing. I would not recommend if you’re in a business trip. The siren went of at 5:00. In addition I have asked the reception three times to contact next door room because of the music volume. The hotel is over priced for the quality there are offering. Never never again

Best thing in hotel is location, its very nice just sea front, but road is lousy, too much traffic in night, many coffee shops around, if good weather u can walk to the corniche, Staff is welcoming, ready to assist, lobby small but shiny, rooms are full kitchen with all what we need for living, all home appliances available. Lovely view to sea and city both. Rooms are clean fresh welcoming Love to stay again

Nice location clean rooms with balcony and staff all friendly specially sky lounge coffee with nice views also restorent available basement parking swimming pool and gym children play area busines centre meeting room totally good experience visit again .

Excellent hotel,good breakfast ,clean rooms and nice service people are very friendly The hotel is amazing, the luxury room is highly recommended with sea view that gives you peace of mind & rejuvenation. The receptionist was so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The place is really worth it.

Nice place with a friendly hospitality, they have nice modernity lebanese restaurant and they have a great view in the sky lounge, highly recommended for business accommodation, family gatherings. Located in the middle of Al khobar everything near by you

Very pleasent staff, ecpecially Fatemah from reservation, she was very helpful. Hotel is very claen. Price was not exaggerated and view as great Location is Great on Prince Turky street. I would to have vist every time I come to Al Khobar…..

, Amazing hotel. The location is fantastic In that area, there are so many options of restaurants, coffee shops Facing the sea. Also, there is a very nice jogging track just down of the hotel The new restaurant with Lebanese cuisine is tasty with good service. The front office team is very cooperative, especially Mesfer It will be my choice every time

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms, the location of the hotel, and all the staff are helpful, especially Ahmed from the reception. Thank you very much .. I will repeat the visit soon, and I hope it will be at the same level and service, and I recommend it to everyone
