Hilton Al Khobar King Fahd Causeway

We opted for this hotel to run a corporate event, and were very pleased with everything except for the young lady who works at the restaurant. All the staff were extremely professional and friendly EXCEPT her. She followed us around at lunchtime - I think she thought we were going to do a runner! Then in the morning, we had to depart before breakfast started but Ahmed in Events very kindly arranged for us to be able to go in earlier just for a coffee and pastry which was great except it wasn't because the same young lady was there! She accused some delegates of taking too many coffees. We had only taken one each and 3 mini pastries between 3 people. Why she thought this is beyond me. She stood monitoring everyone at the coffee machine giving them dirty looks as though they were committing a crime. We didn't touch the buffet! She was rude, offensive, and quite frankly shouldn't work in hospitality. Besides her, the hotel is wonderful. We had lunch in our room to avoid any confrontation with her. The lobby is bright and welcoming. All the other staff were extremely helpful and charming. The guest bedrooms are lovely. All fresh and new with all the amenities you'd expect. It's a lovely hotel besides the young lady in the restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience … beautiful hotel with amazing views of King Fahd causeway … extremely courteous staff, especially Mr Hassan, who elevated our experience with his warm hospitality … loved everything … will definitely come back in the future

We were kindly greeted upon arrival at the main entrance and had a very pleasant check-in service. Shihab was one the first people to greet and offer assistance. Our room was beautiful that suited our needs perfectly. We were also provided with delicious welcome treats which was a lovely surprise. The restaurant staff were very friendly with Andy, Jun, Mark, Subin and Veronica as some of the names to mention. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for their wonderful service including Annas, Leade and Kamal. We also enjoyed the use of the spa and would like to thank John and the other spa team members for an enjoyable time. Apologies if some names are spelt incorrectly and for not mentioning others as we were unable to keep note of everyone but just would like to thank all staff that we encountered for their hospitality during our stay. This was our second time here and we look forward to more visits in the future.
