Great location for visiting the Giza pyramids. Very friendly desk. Welcome tea hibiscus tea is delicious. Hotel with great lobby interior, clean rooms and facilities such as a swimming pool.

The most expensive room type I booked, the Royal Family Suite, was temporarily taken to a different room type two levels lower. When I found out, I was told that the bathtub and heater in the room type I booked were broken. So if I hadn't discovered it, wouldn't it have been like this? When doing business, you must be honest and don't think that all customers are **. The location of the hotel is very remote, there is nothing around, and it is extremely far from the city. Wir verbrachten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Mazar Pyramids Hotel & SPA Hotel in Kairo. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit von dem gesamten Team betreut, die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr nahe mit schöner Aussicht zu den Pyramiden. Fantastic hotel with great views of the pyramids. Many thanks to Omar who organised our tours and airport transfers. Great decor, fantastic food and wonderful service by all including Noora who kept our room as good as new and all the staff - front of house and restaurant. Thank you all for a great stay!

We loved the hotel. Omar is excellent. He was always smiling and making sure we had the best experience in Cairo. The tours he organized for us were perfect. Rida, our guide, was very knowledgeable, we learned many interesting history facts about the sites we visited. Our driver G was pontual and fun to be around.
