Absolutely loved the place. We left the resort one time the whole 5 days lol. Food was great ESPECIALLY room service. Only thing I didn’t like was the cold water in the pool. We couldn’t even enjoy the swim out pool because the water was freezing.

This is my second time visiting Eldorado seaside suites and it exceeded expectations. We had the best holiday and cannot wait to book again! The views, pools, beach, food, entertainment, staff and atmosphere is incredible! Instantly we felt at home and had so much fun and laughed so much. We were so pleased to see our favourite staff were still there and truly did make our holiday! Benjamin, Luana, Luis and Angel were the best entertainment staff and made us smile everyday. We had so much fun with these amazing people and made great friendships and memories throughout the holiday. It was amazing to see Abraham too who we met two years ago and made sure we were having a brilliant holiday. I honestly cannot praise these staff members enough! The food was incredible and really did have something for everyone!! The entertainment was superb and the shows really were incredible to watch. The facilities are incredible and there are so many different activities to take part in and pools to choose from. Everything was so clean. We felt so comfortable and at home immediately. We cannot wait to come again and make more memories. I would highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed. Thank you to everyone! Rhian and Alex.

We had the absolute best lunch experience at Driftwood Restaurant, and we owe a huge part of that to our amazing server, Ricardo Renteria. His service was truly top-notch—attentive, friendly, and made us feel welcome every single day. We ended up coming back every day for the coconut shrimp, fish tacos, and ceviche—hands down the best we’ve had anywhere. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Ricardo made our lunches feel special, always remembering our favorites and checking in with genuine care. If you’re visiting, ask for Ricardo! He went above and beyond to make our time at Driftwood memorable. Can’t recommend this place—and him—highly enough.

The resort is nice and clean. The staff were amazing! Victor one of the golf cart drivers is amazing. The pool entertainment (all three) were amazing…had a great time! Make sure to ask for better liquor for your drinks are you get the cheap crap Our room was cleaned daily and fridge restocked. Room service was good and fast! Our swim out was perfect, we didn’t use it much. The only reason we won’t be back is this… All restaurants close down at a certain time (around 4 I believe) and you can’t find anything to eat till 5:30! Unless you order room service. The seaside market has a dress code in the evenings which is fine but it should apply to everyone. Men without sleeves are not allowed in but females with pretty much no clothes on can go in ♀️ We were turned away twice, once because the guys didn’t have sleeves and second because my daughter had a coverup on. This wasn’t a big deal for us but we had a group of 7 and they would not sit us together, only 6 people per table.

Terrible experience from the moment we landed. My daughters and I along with two other couples, arrived at 10:30 p.m. with no transportation waiting for us. We were completely stranded and left to fend for ourselves. After scrambling for options, all seven of us had to take a taxi at $139.00 USD per family, with the promise we'd be reimbursed. That never happened. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation turned into a stressful nightmare. This was completely unacceptable.

After a small mixup at the airport with transfer,we got on our way. I thought we were with Tui but no with Lomas. Turned out better as we had faster private minibus. Greeted at reception by various staff and welcome drinks. Cart driver took us to room.Pleasantly suprised, huge and with own swin up from balcony. Booked for 11 nights and all good. Tended to use buffet restaurant as more choice available. All food really nice. Did go to the Gourmet pub and food ok but small portions. Driftwood bar and beach bbq were reallygood for lunchtimes. All of the staff and the cart drivers are a major asset to this hotel. They all super friendly and helpful when needed. Really enjoyed this stay and would return
