Lokasyonu çok iyiydi, personel ilgili ve güleryüzlü bahçesi çok keyifli, Safranbolu manzarasında çay kahve içmek ayrı bir güzellikti . Tekrar geldiğimde tercih edeceğim bir otel. Odaların temizliği çok iyi, park sorunu yok. Kahvaltısı çok güzel bilhassa pişi ve mısır ekmeği çok lezzetli.

Eğer 10 yıldız verme şansımız olsaydı 10 yıldız verirdik. O kadar güzel bir yer ki insan kendini evinde hissediyor. Bahçesi, balkonu, odaları çok güzel. Bütün gün otelde kalsanız bile sıkılmazsınız. Çok köklü bir işletme olduğu çalışanların güleryüzünden, işlerini severek yapmalarından ve iyi imkanlarda çalışmalarından belli oluyor. Özellikle dünya tatlısı Nuray Hanıma ve bizi Kapadokyaya götüren Fırat Beye kalpten teşekkür ediyoruz. Sizi tanımak çok güzeldi. Sayenizde tatilimiz güzelleşti.

Safranbolu da zevkle, huzurla kalabileceğiniz tek adres.ben 2011 yılında burada 10 gün kalmıştım.bu sefer ki safranbolu ziyaretimde kalacağım ev ziyareti sonrasında özellikle buraya üç gün ayırdım.Sıcacık bir aile işletmesi.sahibi Birol Şengün 'ün insancıllığı ve işini severek yapması sebebiyle sergilediği özenli ve içten tutum sayesinde evinizde gibi hissedeceğiniz,otele değil akrabanıza gelmiş gibi karşılandığınız bir otel.odalar temiz,bütün ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş,buzdolabı ,tv ,masa,sıcak su sorunsuz.dekoru sıcacık..bahçesi anlatılmaz yaşanır..bahçesinde kahvaltınızı yapabiliyorsunuz.kahvaltı ***et yeterli ve temiz.bağımlılık yapan bir yer.Birol beye ,Serhat beye ve ailesine böyle güzel bir işletmeyi sıcacık ve içten insanlıklarınıda ekleyerek bizlere sundukları için tesekkürler

4 yasinda cocugumuzla 1 gün konakldik. yer , konum , bahçe harika. Kahvaltısını beğendik. Tek sorun odada çocuğa ait bir yatak yoktu. Sanırım konseptle alakalı dedik. Artık çocukla aynı yatakta uyuruz diye düşündük ancak gece yatinca anladık ki yatak boyutları küçük ve çocukla birlikte 3 kişi uyumak zulüm gibi geldi sığamadik yani ve uykusuz bir gece geçirdik diyebiliriz. Her şey çok güzel diyebilecekken böyle bir sıkıntıyla günü çok yorgun geçirdik malesef.
