it was a nice experience, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the view was amazing too.
they organise tours for the best sites in trabzon which i really recommend. only the location is hard to reach a bit since it’s on the mountain. the breakfast was good overall.

Awesome view that overlooks a big hill with Lake in The middle of the hill. Very recommended for those who want to relax, spend honeymoon, staff there are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has variety daily.

Mükemmel tek kelime ile. Onlarca otele gittim böyle bir sıcak ve güleryüzlü bir karşılama görmedim. Kahvaltıda senek o kadar fazlaki 5 yıldızlı otelde bile yok. Lezzetler süper zaten kalvaltıda hergün farklı tatlar, yöresel tatlar vardı. Petek balı ve tereyağı çok lezzetliydi oğlum bayıldı.lHarika manzara karşısında kahvaltı yapmak paha biçilmez. Otele girdiğimiz andan çıktığımız ana kadar rüya gibiydi tatilimiz. 2 gece kalacaktık 4 gece kaldık, Ordu tatilimizi iptal ettik. Oda ya girdiğimizde balkona çıktığımda karşımdaki manzara harikaydı. Halaa unutamıyorum. Otele Müdürü Emine hanım çok ilgili güleryüzlü ve sıcak bir bayan kendisine ayrıca teşekkürler. O kadar çok içecek içtikki ücretli olmasına rağmen çıkışta ödeme alınmadı. Not: Fiyat çok uygun ayrıca. O kadar güzellikler arasında o fiyata kalmak utandırdı beni:) performans fiyatın kat ve kat üzerindeydi. Gittiğinizde zaten sizlerde göreceksiniz hatta dönmek istemeyeceksiniz. Teşekkürler Sera Lake Resort Hotel ailesi... Sayenizde ailece unutulmaz bir tatil yaşadık...

Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Ortam oldukça sakin ve huzur vericiydi. Şehir kalabalığından uzak, dinlenmek isteyenler için ***et uygun bir yer. Odamız sade ama rahattı. Klima sorunsuz çalışıyordu ve sıcak su da her zaman mevcuttu, bu da konforumuzu artırdı. Uyku kalitesi oldukça iyiydi. Kahvaltı temel ihtiyaçları karşılıyordu. Ekmek her zaman çok taze değildi ve peynir çeşitleri daha kaliteli olabilir, ancak genel sunum yeterliydi. Omlet biraz soğuktu ama yine de lezzetliydi. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed the meals we had in the restaurant.
