滑雪著名酒店，夏季來玩，也很有意義，涼快，舒爽，漫步在山澗，時而穿梭於網球場，時而在自行車場地跟隨教練蹬車。這裏距離小樽也不遠。最值得一説的就是clubmed的員工，熱情好客，非常投入，也有善於普通話的中國員工，非常感謝他們的熱情接待。難忘的一次旅行

這次來Club Med 的滑雪假期非常輕鬆，食物好，孩子的團體滑雪課也很喜歡。非常推薦。這次唯一感覺比較遺憾是酒店有很多客人得了諾如病毒，希望酒店明年冬季能加強這類病毒的管理，我們還會再來。

酒店很新，有台灣的小哥哥小姐姐的中文服務，酒店可以直接坐纜車進出雪場，酒店租雪具價格比直接去kiroro便宜，算是住店客人的優惠吧，記得自帶雪鏡，雪鏡是貼身物品衹賣不租。免費的滑雪課程人較多，還是自己花錢請教練效率高，酒水餐食不用説了，琳琅滿目各式各樣不重複，品質還可以。我們住的兩晚正好是大年三十和初一，有焰火show，中國年的氛圍很足，總體體驗感很好。除了貴，沒毛病。明年再來kiroro滑雪

在這裏首先先謝謝一下Anna和Cici，這次滑雪不小心住店店一家三口都生病了，台灣MM Anna在我們生病的過程中協調的很好，積極協調醫院和車輛，每天都有安排適合我們的一日三餐送到房間，每天都有關注我們的恢復狀況，也非常非常感謝武漢的MM CiCi，日語非常好，醫院全程陪同和跑腿，幫助我們與日本醫生等交流，我們的需求一點即通，不需要過多解釋（當時身體也非常痛苦😖）。兩位女性都非常的聰明和有活力，非常積極和主動，能夠站在對方的角度去感受和思考。
Clib med Kiroro滑雪真的很享受，風景很美，小朋友第一天就交了不同國籍朋友，可惜第二天就生病了😷
這次旅途留下點遺憾，下次再來彌補。

酒店對於孩子們來説是天堂！一家大小都玩得不亦樂乎！白天滑雪晚上酒店安排不同活動，家庭同樂！酒店的服工作人員都特別親切，從總經理到G.O每個人都會與我們熱情打招呼。房間在日本酒店來説是非常大的來！

房間很大，這個面積在日本相當可以。一價全包吃喝都在裏面，吃得真的很好。還有免費班車去小樽，免費纜車去山上看看。酒店自帶項目和活動也很帶感。期間發生了一點小摩擦，攜程也幫忙解決，給好評！
