"I was genuinely surprised by the quality; honestly, I don't understand why it's not rated as 5 stars. From the moment of arrival, the experience was flawless. The decor is elegant, modern, and meticulously detailed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are beautiful: modern, clean, extremely comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay. I chose a sea-view room, which was magnificent! The amenities are another strong point, from the outdoor and indoor pools to the gym, which completely exceeded my expectations. It's very well-equipped and a pleasant place to work out. Regarding the gastronomy, everything we tried was of excellent quality. You can tell there's care, consistency, and attention to detail. But the true highlight, without a doubt, is the service. It was simply exceptional. From the reception to the restaurant and bar, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, friendliness, and genuine attention that made all the difference. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. A very special thank you to João, the bar manager if I'm not mistaken, whose service was impeccable, extremely professional, attentive to detail, and always available.
