Good day. The vacation would have been great if it weren't for the theft by the staff, specifically the man from the Cleaning Service. This is the first time I've seen this in the Emirates. I'm an experienced tourist, I've been to the UAE 15 times... I've never used the safe, because both jewelry and money are always lying around quite openly. Well, what can I say, I'll know the "waffle" myself now. And specifically about this hotel! I was sure that in this country and at a hotel of this level, theft is impossible. We stayed for 3 days. Out of three days, we only managed to clean up once. And only one person. He took $400 out of his bag and so carelessly that when I opened the bag, I immediately realized that someone's hand had been there. It was a clear "circus" on the part of the security service. Who could have taken it if only one guy cleaned up once! Shame and disgrace to your hotel. Tourists, be careful! Okay, I'm a fool, I was fooled by the safety of this country, but in any case, be careful in this particular hotel 👌🏻 Don't sign up for the Merjana restaurant on the All Inclusive system. Waste of time, disgusting food, 3-star service. It's better to go to the main restaurant.
