It’s a nice spacious clean
And well maintained property pool is clean and nice
And beach is well maintained
Rooms are spacious
And we get complementary upgrade as married gold elite member so that was a real benefit

Check out process is very slow really don’t like this way
Because I pay a deposit in cash and use mine bar they take about 30 minutes to finish
Next time I will think more before I choose this hotel

Experience was ok. For a 5 star, I wouldn't recommend this place because there is not much to do except beach and pool. No courts, no activities, no game nights or anything engaging even for Christmas Eve. Booked months in advance only to be given rooms on separate floors for my friend and I. Disappointed. Told them it was our anniversary and all they decorated was 3-4
small balloons. No bed decorations, nothing else that was special. They only worth while activity was the spa. Did a couples massage and man that did NOT disappoint!! Was 10/10.
