The views from both the front lobby and the back of the hotel were super.
We ate a lot of meals in the restaurant, and the food was very good, but there was often a long wait. and some of the food was not hot.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.
The room is very old, you still use an actual key to open the door. The inside of the room has the chain on it so you can lock it. Needs some work to bring it back to life.

We enjoyed our stay, the facilities are in good shape. Pools are nice and the view of the Chapala Lake is beautiful. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy nice weather, this is the place for you. The only thing I would not recommend is the restaurant, though the food is good, the prices are a bit high for what you receive. This includes drinks as well. I suggest to go out for breakfast, lunch and dinner outside the hotel. Also, to buy the necessary to make your own drinks.
