Очень уютная атмосфера старого дома с множеством ступеней и коридоров. Было прохладно, но можно греться под котацу. Ужин и завтрак — очень вкусный и разнообразный. В стиле ирори, сидеть у очага приятно. Готовят при тебе на огне рыбу и мясо. Большой выбор саке. Персонал был дружелюбный, с удовольствием объясняли те или иные блюда. Онсен имеет 2 ванны: на улице открытый и закрытый, но со стеклом, где видно часть садика. Все понравилось, повторил бы снова.

丁寧に手入れしているお風呂やお部屋、焼き鯖や炊きたてごはんの朝食が最高に美味しく、とても寛げた。都合で晩は食事をつけられなかったが、次回は囲炉裏の夕ご飯をいただきにまた行きたいね、と同行者と話していた。スタッフの方、女将さんが感じよくとても親切。お世話になりました！

会津若松東山温泉の宿。朝晩ともに囲炉裏で食事をする。風情溢れる雰囲気で美味しい食事を楽しめる。田楽や魚や野菜などどれも美味しいが福島県の馬刺しは絶品。熊本県と異なり赤身のみで鮪のような柔らかさ。アットホームなスタッフと地酒の話しながらをしながら楽しく食事ができる。なお、宿は築75年で味わいがある。トイレ等はキレイに改修済み。しいていうと木造なので少し寒い。
