The standard rooms are very good and spacious and the hotel is very good. However, with these "standard" rooms (246 euros per night) we do not have access to the swimming pool (which is part of the SPA relaxation area). For 18 euros per day, access is possible from 7:30 p.m. to 11 p.m.!!!! You have to take suites to have access to the swimming pool.
This information is not clear on the hotel website and if we had understood this detail we would not have booked a room in this hotel, but in a cheaper hotel where we would have found the same comfort.
Good breakfast but unless I'm mistaken the pancakes and crepes are not homemade, disappointing!
A little disappointed despite everything and it would be interesting if the hotel gave the "swimming pool" information more clearly on their site, because we have heard from customers who experienced the same surprise!

J'ai fait la découverte de cet hôtel bien situé et chaleureux en revanche, le soir, lors du dîner dans leur propre restaurant, j'ai commandé, avec un autre proche, le plat "carbonara aixoise" avec un poisson local qui nous a tous les deux rendu malades et donc gâcher le reste de notre séjour.

Un très bon accueil de toute l'équipe de réception, l'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville. Les chambres sont très très bien et très propres. L'équipement est très bien. L'espace aquatique est formidable et idéal pour les enfants. Le Petit-Déjeuner est extraordinaire et très varié et chaque jour avec de nouveaux produits. L'équipe est génial et très accueillante pour les enfants. Bravo !!!

En séminaire au sein de l'hôtel je confirme que vous etes dans une bulle de calme. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées, les larges allées des étages sont feutrées, la chambre (en tout cas la mienne) donnait sur le ******, très grande, avec une salle de douche parfaite. Le service est réactif même après avoir demandé un fer à repasser à minuit. Bémol pour le parking qui est un peu étroit. La salle de sport est minimaliste mais fait le job, malgré un appareil de musculation cassé. Vous avez 2 tapis de courses, 2 rameurs, 2 vélos et un espace avec poids libres. L'espace piscine est très agréable egalement. Je recommande

Nous sommes très déçus de notre suite... Malgré une nuit à 200 €, elle était totalement à refaire au niveau du mobilier... Joint de la baignoire bien noir, encadrement du miroir cassé, rideau taché et j'en passe.... Ménage totalement à revoir. Parking cher (15 € par nuit) Malgré tout, bon accueil à la réception et personnel du spa au top.
