Central location, but a bit off where the action is. Street view rooms are noisy. Friendly staff. Breakfast should be improved. Rooms in need thorough renovation to stay competitive with other hotels nearby.

L’hôtel est bien placé pour visiter, les chambres sont confortables et très propres et le personnel est souriant et serviable. Petit déjeuner correct. Le parking est un plus incontestable. Mais cet hôtel est sur le périphérique hyper passant donc du bruit si chambre sur cette façade. de plus à coté d'un commerce U dont les ventilateurs de clim tournent toute la nuit en vibrant parfois (bruit lancinant basse fréquence), et enfin vous aurez droit aux livraisons qui commencent à 5 heures (palettes chariots élévateurs.) Bref, dormi 2 heures! En conséquence, oui, mais pas de chambre sur la façade et loin des clim du commerce U

Très bon petit hôtel propre et charmant avec un personnel extrêmement gentil et impliqué. Seul petit bémol : la Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. La réception nous a dit que nous aurions dû leur dire plus tôt mais n’y restant qu’une nuit et l’ayant découvert vers minuit il était impossible de le faire puisqu’ils sont fermés à partir de 23h. En revanche, je suis certaine que le problème sera pris en compte et réglé rapidement pour les prochains clients. Merci beaucoup

We booked two rooms more than two months ahead of our visit, requesting that they be near each other. One room on the second floor was small but ok. The second room was on the fourth floor, but the elevator only went to the third. It was under the eaves, probably a former maids' quarters and I could literally not stand up straight in the bathroom or in the room itself by the coffee service. Clearly a substandard accommodation, but the hotel staff did not seem to agree. If there's a place here to add photos, I’ll include them.

Tombé en panne sur l'autoroute à 3 hrs d'Aix pas pu nous rendre là-bas ,plus de voiture depannée dans un garage On a proposé de venir le lendemain où l'hôtel était pas plein ( ils me l'ont dit par tel ) quand on a expliqué qu'on pourrait pas venir ,pas un geste de leur part on a payé plein tarif pour ne pas y être allé. Bien entendu la prochaine fois nous ne prendrons pas cet hôtel !!!

En choisissant une chambre dite " supérieure",à 145 € la nuit, vous pouvez vous retrouver au rez de chaussée, côté rue, au ras du bitume , derrière des barreaux de sécurité comme c'est le cas à Aix. N'ouvrez pas les fenêtres : bruit de circulation du boulevard périphérique , regards et conversations des passants à 50 cm, qui semblent traverser votre chambre. Pour le même prix, à la même période, vous pouvez trouver à Aix des hôtels de charme, au calme, bien mieux situés.C'est une ancienne aixoise qui parle. Nous regrettons notre curiosité, générée par les photos du site de cet établissement.

Hotel pratique en centre ville.
Finalement déçue du fait que l hotel se permet de facturer sans prevenir une consommation minibar que je n ai pas consommé. Je trouve cela fort désagréable.
