Très bonne hôtel, on est bien accueilli. Les chambres sont propre er suffisamment grande, calme. Salle de bain propre, peut-être douche petite, moi ça va mais pour des personnes plus large ou handicapées cela peut être plus difficile. Je recommande à Aix

We recently spent a couple of nights at this hotel and enjoyed our stay. Our bedroom was quite spacious and clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find we had a small balcony. The bathroom had a good shower with plenty of hot water although the room was quite small and there was not a lot of space to move around. Breakfast was included in the price and in my opinion was adequate. Staff were very pleasant and helpful

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Very convenient and walkable to old town of Aix, and I reserved a parking spot in their underground garage beforehand. Clean and quiet room. Nice breakfast, which was included in the rate when I booked directly on their website. Very friendly staff.

Rolstoelgebruiker. We hadden een aangepaste kamer PMR geboekt. Maanden vooraf. Ter plaatse konden wij dit verzoek duidelijk aantonen. Maar het hotel was dit blijkbaar 'vergeten'.. Geen plaats dus. De receptioniste gaf toe dat het hotel in de fout was gegaan en ons verzoek niet had ingebed in hun listings. Zij probeerde dan maar een alternatief te vinden. Ondertussen had mijn echtgenote in een ander hotel nog een kamer gevonden - weliswaar nipt en niet aangepast. Ik heb ook de bedenking wat die PMR kamer had voorgesteld. Wellicht in een annex op het gelijkvloers en deze annex toonde duidelijk zijn leeftijd!! De receptie en ontbijtruimte was ook enkel via trappen bereikbaar. .. Volgende keren de verzoeken bekijken en vooral beantwoorden!!! -

Good location 400 meters from east end of CR Mirabeau. Okay rooms. Parking available in attached underground garage. Elevator unreliable and only some rooms on ground level. Staff was helpful. Breakfast not worth paying for as there are better and cheaper alternatives a short walk away.

Back on April 2024, we spent five nights at this small hotel. Its location could not be better, within easy walk from the train station, and of the main attractions in Aix. An added bonus is the proximity to good restaurants. As it is often the case in Europe, our room (second floor) was small and somewhat cramped, but it had all the expected conveniences. Unfortunately, we could not enjoy the balcony due to the strong wind we had most days. The only objection we had was the exceedingly small shower cubicle, so tiny, there was not enough space to easily enter or bend. The staff was very polite and helpful, particularly Marion. They were always ready to answer all our questions and doubts. The breakfast buffet was limited, but adequate. We enjoyed the coffee maker with several cups of "lattes". I must say that we are grateful the staff was understanding and professional enough to adjust our total bill to the fact that we could not have breakfast on our departure day. This was a really nice detail. Our "Bottom Line" is that we would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Aix.

This is an independent well run hotel. Lots of charm, with a little courtyard, and right on the edge of the old centre. It's a 5 minute walk to Place Mirabeau, but easy to get to on the main roads. Delighted with the underground parking on site. We had the family suite for 2 adults and 2 teenagers and it was perfect, separate rooms and it even has an outdoor terrace with chaise longues. Highly recommended.

Hotel situated on a main road just a short walk in to the city Centre. Chose this because it has a car park which was charged at 12 Euros a night, but be warned it's very tight parking in it. Room was decent and a short walk across the road in to the Centre of town and a Convenience store just round the corner so just right for our little 2 night stopover.

Gradevolissimo e particolare albergo, comodissimo per il centro città. Bella camera (nel corpo con struttura " a ringhiera"), ampia e silenziosa. Bel bagno. Comodissimo il parcheggio " in casa". Buona la colazione. Personale gentile e professionale
