Poco horario presencial para hacer el chek-in. A las 17 horas ya no había nadie. No hablan español. No hay parking en las inmediaciones. Tienen parking a 6 euros/día. Llegamos a las 20 horas y el recepcionista, por teléfono tuvo mucha paciencia para que, el en francés y nosotros en español, pudiéramos acceder al hotel, encontrar la llave (que estaba dentro de un buzón) y luego la habitación. Toda una gimcana. La habitación bien.

I stayed there for one night, and the bed had bed bugs. My partner and I woke up covered in bites—an absolute nightmare! On top of that, the breakfast was awful, the coffee machine didn’t work, and the staff was extremely rude. They almost ruined my summer vacation! NOT RECOMMENDED!

It was just a night stay. The self check-in room was easy as directed bu the staff prior to arrival. The room is small yet okay for short stay with stove, fridge, and clean bathroom.

Was good enough, like a university halls of of residence.
The property was quite far from the city centre, almost on the.main highway heading into town. I was hoping it would be walkable into the city centre which it really wasn’t and there were no shops or anything you could walk to.
Parking was limited and really confusing and the communication was not great. I got an email about how to check in but did not receive this until the morning of my stay when I didn’t have wifi to receive it.
Think I would choose somewhere closer to town or at least in a more walkable neighbourhood if I were to go back to Aix

For the price, you get a nice studio with a kitchen and an airconditioning system that works very well. The property looks a little bit dated here and there, but it's clean and it has a nice bed and all the amenities work.
The location of the city residence is a little bit outside of the actual city centre - if you don't have a car, you can take a 45 minute walk or order a taxi to take you to the centre.

Check was great and easy. Hotel room was average and decent Parking was great, 5 Euro a day. Staff were great to except one individual. I forgot the code to the front entrance. I knocked on the door, the reception guy buzzed me in. He said what do you want, to which I replied I'm a guest here and sorry I forgot the code, and his reply was It's not my problem. What a C*nt.
