Hotel was clean, updated, & so centrally located that there were literally dozens of cafés and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed the breakfast on location. Staff were super friendly and efficient… special thanks to Florent at the front desk, who was super-helpful and so pleasant! (Note: We had the suite… extra space!)

First off I will say this property is in a great location. Easy walk to almost everything and in the middle of a small square with several restaurants. It was actually very quiet in our room. The two gentlemen that worked at the front desk were very nice, helpful and hospitable, as were the ladies in the breakfast room. The breakfast was a continental style including hard boiled eggs, some meats & cheeses. The hotel itself is very worn and needs updating. We had a "prestige room". The headboard's leather was peeling. The floor was not as clean as it should have been. The shower doors did not seal when closed so water leaked all over the floor. The hair dryer in the bathroom made a really loud screaching sound which was concerning. The carpet in the hall was stained. Baseboards were cracked. In all actuality it was rated 3 star but I felt it was still in need of upgrading. As in most hotels in Europe there are not face/wash clothes. So if that is something important make it a point to bring your own.

This hotel has seen better days. Furniture is scuffed and chipped, floors are so slanted our suitcases rolled across the room, and breakfast (in a beautiful room) was minimal and not refreshed. Beds were comfortable. Cleaning service was poor and we had to ask for fresh towels. Location is great for walking, but our room overlooked a busy street with loud bar below, so it was noisy! Warning if driving a car —- there’s nowhere to park nearby. They recommend “Mignet Parc” which we used and is a 9-minute walk, so try to drop off your luggage near the hotel (you can’t drive down the street), have someone in your party watch it, and then park the car. Very lovely, friendly staff!

Hotel located in city center with a Wonderful room with panoramic window on the street and enormous double bed … it was more triple bed!

Outstanding service, great location, nicest bathroom in Aix en Provence! Parking is tough but that is the case everywhere. This is a great small find for a quick stay.
