We enjoyed our stay enormously. The room was comfortable with a nice view over the Place Saint Augustins - happily the well insulated windows blocked out the revelry. The staff was extremely helpful, including booking a table for dinner per my email request from America. The location was also terrific, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Certainly a hotel worth a return.

Bel hotel au centre ville d‘Aix. Parking la Rotonde a quelques pas. Gentil acceuil aussi parlant anglais, chambres tout a fait suffisantes en espace donnante a l‘interieur. Petite salle de bain mais tres propre. Tres aimable service petit-dejeuner. Agreable sejour.

J'ai rarement rencontré des employés aussi extrêmement désagréables lors d'une réception. Aucun intérêt pour le client de l'hôtel. Et la chambre ? Il ne devient pas plus petit. Plus jamais ! /// Einfach nicht zu empfehlen ! Gute Lage aber auch nicht mehr .

Hotel 3*, agréable avec des petits points d’amélioration mais dans l’intervalle chambre premium avec prix très abordable avec un grand lit de qualité, grande salle de bain avec douche ET baignoire parfaite , localisation excellente. Clairement meilleur rapport qualité prix que le Negrecoste qui est quatre * mais devrait n’en avoir que 3. Quelques petits détails importants à améliorer par le nouveau propriétaire de l’hôtel: s’assurer que toutes les couettes laissées sont 100 % propres; les badges de portes 100% fonctionnels, que toutes les ampoules dans la chambre sont fonctionnelles, que les volets qui ne sont pas à la hauteur sont tous remplacés. Peut être des nouvelles portes de chambre isophoniques ne seraient pas de trop (les voisins s’amusaient bien 😂) À part ces petits points faciles à améliorer par le nouveau propriétaire, très bon rapport qualité prix. bravo ! Continuer comme ça avec ces points d’amélioration. Hotel 3* qui les mérite et que je recommande et auquel nous redescendrons la prochaine fois.

The hotel is in a great location, in the centre ville, surrounded by cafes and stores. It is close to the train station, although the trains currently have limited service due to maintenance of the rails. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet from street life. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only downside for us is the hotel is worn. The lobby and stairways are run down. We didn't eat breakfast but the breakfast room looked nice.

We ordered a twin room, we were met at reception by a friendly manager, who could not help us enough with our stay. Our twin room was very comfortable and super clean. I enjoyed my comfortable bed, and thrilled with the ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, strong water flow and lovely warm/hot water for bathing. Great having a kettle in our room for the odd cup of tea. Our room was very well set up with room fridge and comfortable desk and arm chair. Our room overlooked the rotunda where all the activities were taking place, just a step outside the front door and we were among all the action in Aix-en-provence. We had such a quick visit, we did not have time for a slow morning breakfast at the Hotel de France, another visit we would stay extra days to enjoy the ambience of the hotel. The staff were very helpful, booked taxis when we needed them. Definitely a great location and comfortable hotel.

Très bien situé. L'accueil est sympathique, les chambres sont propres mais notre chambre n'avait aucun endroit (placard, penderie) pour ranger nos affaires et vêtements. L'hôtel est très bien situé ce qui justifie un prix élevé pour la prestation souhaitée.

Camera molto piccola, non c’era spazio per le valigie. Bagno piccolissimo. Condizionatore cadeva a pezzi e molto sporco! Abbiamo atteso mezz’ora per avere le camere, perché nonostante avessimo pagato anticipatamente, dovevamo lasciare una cauzione, mio marito era andato a parcheggiare ed abbiamo dovuto aspettare lui per il pagamento della cauzione e non ci facevano salire in camera.
