Fabien a l’accueil est très très bien j’ai peu lui indiquer une petite chose qui m’a gêné (seau espagnol et papier sur le palier du 3quand j’allais à ma chambre qui n’avait rien faire la- ci joint l photo)

The hotel is marvelously located for getting around to the principal sites. Although the staff was polite, they were far too few in number. The breakfast was monotonous and I constantly had to ask them to replenish the juices and/or the bread selection. The coffee machine routinely needed to be emptied or water added, which resulted in a significant loss of time and energy searching for staff. Breakfast was a disappointment. Amenities overall were satisfactory, but nothing more.

Was ok but not fantastic at all - air conditioning was not working properly and so our night sleep was not the best. Breakfast was average and I regretted paying for it when there are so many restaurants around offering a much cheaper and better experience. However location is amazing as you are right in the middle of the center of Aix.

Malheureusement cet hôtel est loin des trois étoiles affichées. La chambre présentait des anomalies rédhibitoires. Voici les remarques concernant cet hébergement. Séjour du16 au 18 mai 2025. Chambre 305. Anomalies relevées : - Bruit continu de la clim même éteinte pendant toute la nuit, - Impossibilité de fermer les volets, - Rideau éloigné de la fenêtre laissant entrer la lumière dès le petit matin, - Ménage réalisé avec légèreté (cf : écran de la télévision sale) - Moisissure dans la salle de bains. - Lors du nettoyage de la machine à café (au moment du petit déjeuner) à 1 mètre de nous entrainant une forte odeur d'ajax ammoniaqué. Photos jointes pour les anomalies. Les points forts sont la gentillesse du personnel et la situation de l'hôtel plein centre ville.

Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. AC was unfortunately controlled remotely at a very high temperature. Needed a break from the heat but couldn’t get it in the rooms. If not for the fan provided on the desk it would have been intolerable.

pas de climatisation dans les chambres, il faisait plus de 30 degres, impossible de raffraichir avec le ventilateur mis a disposition problème de plomberie, pas d'eau froide dans la douche, impossible de prendre une douche à l'eau bouillante aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial honteux.....

La chambre et les équipements sont vieux, la climatisation ne fonctionne pas malgre l'intervention du personnel de l'acceuil qui m'affirme que ca fonctionne, il a fait 30 degres toute la nuit dans la chambre. La lumière dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas
