I had booked demi-pension and been advised by the booking agent that my dinner would be at a local restaurant. Upon check-in I was told the restaurant was closed and my dinner would be at the hotel. The "dinner" was a microwave meal obviously bought at a supermarket and was terrible. I subsequently found out that the restaurant that was allegedly closed was indeed open. At breakfast the next morning a woman who put half her uneaten roll into her bag was browbeaten about stealing from the hotel. When she replied that the uneaten half was useless to anyone else the manager said he would give it to his chickens! Apparently there is a camera in the dining room for surveillance of patrons by whoever is at the reception desk. Stay away from this place.

Bare but adequate rooms, ruined by a bad experience. On check in you are asked how many breads you want for breakfast (“to save time” - actually because they are cheap). Next morning I took my allotted pastry to the room to eat. The front desk man started shouting at my wife, saying we are stealing food. At 3 out of 31 rooms full, it seems bad policy to shout at guests. Breakfast was good, and I’d have given a better rating except for the behavior of this inept rude git.

A very nice hotel (and pool) right on the river in this attractive town on the GR 65. It was incredibly hot the day we walked from Euze so the air conditioning and pool were very welcome. The room itself was quite plain and utilitarian but it had everything we needed - air conditioning, great wifi, TV and ensuite bathroom which was quite spacious by 2star French standards. The hosts were lovely- very kind and considerate. Dinner was provided as part of our package and was fine but not really “haute cuisine”. Breakfast was really great.

We had booked hakf board but the evening meal was a disappointing microwave meal. The room was clean with a riverside view. The room was too hot and there no screen on the windows to exclude mosquitos. The pool was closed

Hôtel propre et calme, la chambre un peu petite exiguë La baignoire j’aurai préféré la douche à cause de mon arthrose aux genoux, difficile de grimper Pas de prise de courant dans la SB à part pour un rasoir Le petit déjeuner du pain au curcuma un Lili pain au chocolat et un mini croissant, une brioche industrielle à la coupe
