The only thing that was bad was the breakfast. Bad coffee, forzen pastries and thats it.

The hotel exterior was well lit, front desk was friendly. The room at first glance is nice, but needs better maintenance. There are a significant amount of cobwebs above the window curtain. Cosmetics like patches of popcorn ceiling and no popcorn ceiling. Sharpe markings on the wall left to the bed as if it was a a spot that had work done. The wall next to the sink has an unpatched hole in the wall (best guess is a punch to the wall) followed by dry blook smeared on the door (small amount). Toilet flush chain is rusted and broken...had to fish for it. The shower head is rusty. Still not terrible for one night, the price and location.

Gobinto this knowing I normally stay at nicer hotels than this. But choices were limited due to events going on in the area. I can tell that some recent upgrades have been made to the room but it's not enough. New desk, curtains, chair, entertainment center, side tables, decor, head board and bathroom counter/lights. They are nice but the room was dirty. They painted part of the room but poorly covered things. Cons: Dirty walls, with fixes not painted, dirty carpet, made my feet gross, doors, door handles, light switches all gross. Tile in bathroom is weathered grey and hides that it's dirty. These rooms need to be deep cleaned. Base boards, walls, doors, Corners and carpets all need deep cleaning. What ever they cleaner theyuse to clean the room with smells awful. The scent is intense and we didn't check in until 8pm. Pros: the bedding seems clean. The front desk clerk was friendly. They have a free breakfast. It's basic but ok for free. The AC worked well, and kept us cool.

THERE IS NOT A POOL! I had to stay here for budget reasons. In town for a wedding. PROS: The staff were friendly, easy to find, pillows and beds were comphy and seemed clean (I just wish they were queens), There has been attemps at upgrades in the room like paint, head boards, desks and vanity. Cons: These upgrades are like putting lipstick on a pig. They are painting walls with little prep, most walls wern't painted and it shows. The walls were dirty with lots of scuffs. The carpet is gross, the baseboards and corners are dirty, and in need of deep clean. Shower amenities are basic and they didn't even give us enough towels. Also most mettal isvrusted like clothing rack, shower rod and toilet paper holder. Online in several spaces it says there is a pool but it has been filled in with dirt and if there was a hot tub I didn't see one. The breakfast is super basic. Fruit, coffee, paasties, juice cups, and breakfast sandwiches you heat up. It was fine just known it's basic.

It met our needs. The desk people were very friendly
