Now this is what you call a pool with a view! Picture perfect scenery, surrounded by rolling hills and forest. The hotel is gorgeous and has the most amazing spa facilities, my favourite was the secret jacuzzi in a 'cave' at the back of the salt room where the lights changed colours. They really take care of you here, 5* service whilst remaining friendly and personal. There's a daily programme of wellness activities and guided hikes. The grounds are very spacious and the whole atmosphere is very relaxing.

We fInish our Stay After One week....the Price Service/Quality Ratio is clearly Not good Service in Restaurant is Not Good at all Not Even worth a 2 Stars, Most guest complain Food is ok, Not up to what One could expect from that Range of Price Shuttle Service to Ski Ressorts is Not well Organised at all Be carefull if you fly to an AirPort nearby, Chancen are that you get forgotten The Feeling is Really that the Place is there to make Money only, which is conferier by employees who clearly are Not motivated The Place has Not got a Soul, an Identity SPA facilty is Limited Compressor to Others from the category, Swimmingpool is Even dangerous for Kids as Teiles are very slippery Very expensive for what ist is we do Not recommend it.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in questo hotel ad un prezzo molto molto alto rispetto ad altri hotel 5 stelle in Alto Adige, anche in valli più rinomate. Ci aspettavamo un comfort ed un servizio elevatissimo, conforme al prezzo. Il buffet della colazione banale, apparentemente ricco ma di media qualità. Il pane che in Alto Adige si trova in diverse qualità e tipologie anche in hotel 4 stelle, qui solo in pochissime tipologie. Anche la ristorazione, niente di eccezionale. L'impressione che abbiamo avuto è stata di un'offerta alta a fronte dell'evidente tentativo di risparmio dei costi, che in un hotel di questa tipologia non è accettabile. Anche l'acqua, chiedere 4,50€ per una bottiglia d'acqua che al supermercato costa 0,45€, mi sembra davvero troppo, considerato che l'acqua del rubinetto in Alto Adige è ottima. Wir hatten 4 Nächte im Alpenpalace gebucht. Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Helles und komfortables Zimmer, super leckeres und vielfältiges Essen, sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das Abendessen ein kulinarisches Highlight. Die beiden Schwimmbäder sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Der Außenpool ist beheizt und somit auch bei kalten Außentemperaturen ein Platz zum entspannen und wohlfühlen und natürlich auch zum schwimmen :-) ! Wir genossen es immer bei anbrechender Dämmerung im Außenpool zu schwimmen. Weiterhin ist der gesamte SPA Bereich mit den unterschiedlichsten Saunen für Wellnessliebhaber sehr abwechslungsreich. Als kleines Manko empfanden wir den Ruhebereich, der sehr klein und eng geraten ist, als auch die Größe die finnische Sauna beim Aufguss. Was noch besonders zu erwähnen ist, die Freundlichkeit des Personals in der Gastronomie und am Empfang. Ach ja wer zum Skifahren kommt, kann das Auto stehen lassen, denn man wird zu jeder Zeit zum Skigebiet gefahren und auch wieder abgeholt. Fazit: Wir kommen sicherlich wieder, wenn nicht im Winter dann zu einer anderen Jahreszeit, denn auch als nicht Skifahrer, kann man die Seele baumeln lassen !.

Dem Hotel kann man einfach nur 5 Sterne geben. Wir verbrachten hier Mitte Dezember 4 herrliche Tage. Angefangen von dem tollen und sehr herzlichen Empfang, über das Zimmer, bis hin zur traumhaften Massage und dem tollen 7 Gänge Menü + Gala-Dinner. Normalerweise fahren wir immer nur 1x in jedes Hotel, aber hier werden wir wieder aufschlagen!!!! Alles TOP!!!
