Gute Lage zwischen zwei Skigebieten - Claustal und Speikboden - incl. Shuttlebus, ein toller Service! Durchweg sehr gutes Essen, abends Gourmetklasse. Das Hotel verfügt über einen schönen und sauberen Wellnessbereich, den großzügigen Gartenbereich kann man im Winter allerdings kaum nutzen. Sehr guter Service von freundlichen und sehr zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitern. Die Ansprache ist stets persönlich, kleine Briefchen auf dem Zimmer mit dem Tagesprogramm oder auch zum Geburtstag haben zusätzlich positiv überrascht. Die Zimmer sind großzügig. Bei offenem Fenster hört man zur Straßenseite den Durchgangsverkehr etwas. In Summe ein durchweg zu empfehlendes Hotel. Wir haben uns in vier Tagen bestens erholt und kommen gerne wieder!

Eleganza e carattere un albergo con una forte personalità .Arredamento unico con pezzi scelti tutto è curato nei minimi particolari. Niente è lasciato al caso. Sono anni che passo volentieri dei giorni in cui mi sento coccolata al massimo. Spero di tornare tutti gli anni a venire .

Curatissimo in ogni dettaglio. Un albergo lussuoso con un servizio ai massimi livelli, da una intera edicola disponibile sul tablet della stanza, a una incredibile scelta di piatti a colazione, incluse preparazioni espresse. Un ringraziamento speciale a Manuel, trainer e guida alpina e per il programma giornaliero di attività e ancora al nostro gentilissimo e simpatico maitre. Abbiamo apprezzato lo stile caldo dell’albergo, non troppo grande e non uniformato alle mode del momento che rendono gli alberghi un po’ tutti uguali. Impagabile il bagno nella piscina esterna circondata da montagne innevate. Bellissima la Spa, disponibile tutto il giorno e talmente grande da non risultare affollata anche se molti ospiti ci si tumulano dentro da quando apre a quando chiude, per quanto è bella e quanto offre.

Ho prenotato per una fuga d'amore con mio marito per il nostro anniversario in questo hotel. Per quanto riguarda l'hotel e la camera nulla da dire. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di champagne e tutto era perfetto. Lo stesso vale anche per la SPA le piscine l'idromassaggio dal quale si può godere una splendida vista. Il punto davvero dolente della struttura e' il ristorante. Per quella sera avevano organizzato sulla terrazza una gran grigliata specificando che l'ora della cena era fino alle 22.00. Ci siamo recati con calma a cena verso le 20.30 e ci hanno subito ripreso dicendo che eravamo gli ultimi ad arrivare. La gran grigliata consisteva in alcuni pezzi di carne di maiale nulla più. Il tutto servito freddo. Quando ho chiesto delle patate che accompagnavano la grigliata mi è stato riferito che erano finite. Il buffet Dell' antipasto, vuoto al nostro arrivo, non è stato mai riempito.al tavolo sottopiatti ecc e il personale che serviva l'acqua, peccato che quando è arrivata la pietanza ordinata l'hanno posata sul tavolo mentre noi mangiavamo ancora quella precedente. Il tutto è finito con l'odiosa consuetudine che si trova in certi posti che hanno cominciato a sparecchiare i tavoli, spegnere le candele ecc. Quando ancora dovevamo mangiare il dolce. Bella la struttura pessimo il servizio e il cibo. Il costo e assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto al pessimo servizio.

Hotel molto bello, ma non all'altezza di 5 stelle. . Personale scarso senza attenzione e lenti tra una porta e l'altra inzi alle 19.30 e finisci di cenare alle 22.00 il tutto non curato sopratutto sul cibo,L'unica nota positiva la Spa

Location Bellissima,Giardino, Piscina, Spa Eccezionali. Stanze Confortevoli, Housekeeping semplicemente perfetto. Un Ringraziamento alla Sigorina Debora e al Sig. Cesare e a Sidi, per il resto penso che il personale debba fare un immediato corso di come si tratta e ci si rapporta con la Clientela , specialmente quellche spende la stessa cifra dell' Hilton di Beverly Hills, los Angeles. Servizio a colazione lento, distratto , tempi di attesa biblici,perchè qualcuno si accorga che esisti o per avere un caffè( dai 15 ai 25 minuti !!!!!!). Peronale troppo impegnato a sparecchiare o apparecchiare i tavoli per la cena (!!!!). Un vero peccato perdersi in un bicchiere d' acqua, ma sopratutto la Maleducazione della capocameriera e' INTOLLERABILE, una che si permette di alzare la Voce e fare commenti offensivi in tedesco pensando di potersi permettere un atteggiamento del genere Ho pagato questa vacanza esattamente quanto un soggiorno di una settimana all' Hilton di Beverly Hills, Los Angeles , per aspettare la mattina almeno 20 minuti i comodi dei camerieri o cenare arrivando tra i primi in tempi che vanno da un'ora e mezza alle due ore, con piatti ( ma questa è una questione di gusti) che hanno poco a che fare con quelli del Trentino Alto Adige. Alla partenza un omaggio che ho prontamente lasciato in camera. Un Albergo di media serietà si Scuserebbe per Iscritto...
