El hotel presta un servicio EXCELENTE, todo es cómodo, limpio, agradable, las habitaciones son muy lindas, bien equipadas y cómodas, pero en definitiva lo mejor del lugar es la atención de las personas, son demasiado serviciales, amables y atentos. Mi familia y yo queremos agradecerles de manera especial a todo el personal y por supuesto a Él Sr. Rubén, al Sr. José y Adler que su servicio y atención fueron impecables.

Alojamiento limpio y cómodo a pocos minutos de todos los lugares necesarios. Tren allí mismo y parada de autobús para ir a las ruinas, a solo un par de minutos a pie. Nuestra habitación daba al río. Tranquilo y perfecto para nuestro viaje. Desayuno con variedad, muy bueno

El mejor viaje , buen desayuno, excelente vista al rio urubamba .... Nos recogieron de ls estacion y ayudaron con las maletas y durante la cena nos sorprendieron con un afiche y regalito por nuestro aniversario ..... Todos super atentos y servicialez

An enjoyable overnight stay for our short visit to Aguas Calientes. Luggage uplift at station on arrival before 1st visit to Mach Picchu. Short walk to Bus Terminal and Rail station. Good choice of restaurants close by. Easy access to town centre for shopping. Check in after return from the magnificent Machu Picchu was fast and efficient. River view room was spacious and well laid out. Good sized shower facilities. Good buffet breakfast to sit us up for our early morning visit to Machu ...... good start to our day. All in all an excellent choice for your stay for you adventure.

Bem localizado próximo de tudo em Aguas Calientes. Quarto bem limpo com ventilador e cama confortável. Bem espaçoso. Bela vista para o rio em um janelão. Equipe cordial e amiga. Em especial o Ruben muito amigo e prestativo. Possuem serviço gratuito para levar sua bagagem até a estação de trem. Café da manhã e jantar inclusos.
