Wir haben uns für 10 Tage als Paar im Hotel Paralos Kosta Alimia eingecheckt.
Empfang:
Freundlich und zuvorkommend mit Willkommensdrink und Erfrischungstuch.
Zimmer:
Dem heutigen Standard entsprechend und sauber.
Poolanlagen:
Sehr schön gemacht. Sehr bequeme Liegen, welche direkt in dem Pool integriert sind.
Strand:
Hoteleigener Strand.
Sehr schön und bequeme Holzliegen mit Strohsonnenschirm.
Essen:
Reichliches Angebot in guter Qualität.

Die Vorspeisen sind von den Portionen her viel zu gross. Weniger wäre mehr.
Manchmal etwas zu lange Wartezeiten zwischen den einzelnen Gängen.
Wir haben All- inklusive sehr geschätzt.
Einen etwas bitteren Beigeschmack hatten wir ganz zum Schluss unseres Aufenthaltes.
Wir haben am Vorabend an der Rezeption nachgefragt, ob wir das Zimmer am Abreisetag länger als 12:00 Uhr (Check- out) behalten können.
Man bestätigte uns dies und meinte, es wäre kein Problem, weil unser Zimmer nicht weitergegeben wird.
Am nächsten Tag wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das Zimmer gebraucht wird. Es ginge nur, wenn wir das Zimmer wechseln würden. Der Aufwand für 4 Stunden war uns aber zu gross.
Schade, wir hätten gerne für das Zimmer die Verlängerung bezahlt.
Jetzt müssen wir fast 5 Stunden auf den Shuttle warten.
Wir hoffen Sie tragen dieser sehr schönen, neurenovierten Anlage sorge!

+ near AirPort + near Herakleon, Knossos, Rethymnon, Agios Nicolaos, Elounda, Lassithi Plateau, … (Small mountainvillages, poi, easy acces to roads and highway) the hotel + sublime architecture aswell inside as outside, 3 beautifull swimmingpools, splendid rooms with the most modern facilities and looks, perfect wifi all over the hotel + best high quality for furniture, bathroom, balcony, poolbeds and beachbeds, towels and bedlinen Perfect housekeeping! The restaurants + 5 toprestaurants with amazing à la carte service, especially the excellent outstanding fish- and steakrestaurant!! + extraordanary quality of fresh local food, excellent wines and local cheese + dedicated and extra friendly staff guided by the professionals Alexandros and Giota + Robata grill

Très contente de ce magnifique hôtel , tout était parfait , mention spéciale à Myriam de l institut /spa de l hôtel qui m a fait un soin du visage juste exceptionnel ! Je suis ressortie très détendue . Elle est très compétente, je la recommande !

Absolutely loved this hotel from the warm welcome to everything about it, we stayed in a swim-up junior suite the room was immaculate the bed was massive and very comfy it was spotlessly clean. The pools were lovely and the setting is very tranquil with private cabanas and sunbeds on the beach (at no extra charge) with waiter service by the pools and beach at the press of a button. The food was of a very high standard having never done half board in Greece before the 5 restaurant choices were a good addition and had a lot of variety the steak house was our favorite cooked to perfection. lovely staff especially Alexis the barman who made the best gin cocktail I have ever tasted and a big shout out to the reservations manager Katerina who really, looked after us. we will 100% return to this beautiful hotel :)

Where to start, our holiday was fantastic. The hotel, gardens, pools and landscaping are immaculate providing a relaxing space around every corner. We booked a swim up room due to an injury earlier this year and needed a ground floor room, everything I needed was accessible using crutches and being creative I was able to use the pool. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and polite especially Barbara who greeted us at breakfast, which was a veritable feast. All the food was of the highest standard and the presentation was stunning, the only problem was deciding what to choose. We are planning on returning next year and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing holiday.

Wir waren zum ersten mal in diesem Hotel auf Empfehlung von Freunden und es war noch viel besser als erwartet!!! Toller Empfang, kein anstehen an der Rezeption, sondern gemütlich in der Sitzgruppe das einchecken erledigt. Wundervolles und sehr sauberes Roof-Top Zimmer mit Sonnenliegen und Jacuzzi gehabt und diesen auch jeden Tag genutzt. Das Abendessen war der Hammer, kein rumlaufen der Leute, weil es 5 Restaurants gibt und sich sein Essen zwischen 8-12 Vorspeisen, 8-10 Hauptspeisen und 4-5 Nachtischen aussuchen kann, also alles a la Card, ein ganz tolles Konzept!! Auch auf Sonderwünsche wir komplett eingegangen. Habe im Vorfeld nach einem Privat-Dinner am Strand gefragt, ob sie so etwas organisieren würden? Ja habe sie umwerfend toll gemacht und hier ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Katarina vom Front Office & Guest Relations Management!!!!! Das war ein so perfekter Abend und ein unvergessliches Abendessen am Strand:-) Besonders erwähnenswert ist das so wundervolle und immer lächelnde Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption, die Damen von der Zimmerreinigung und besonders die ganzen Kellnerinnen und Kellner in den 5 Restaurants!!! Auch beim Frühstück morgens wurde man immer mit einem lächeln und einen freundlichen "Kaliméra" begrüßt. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir mit Sicherheit wiederkommen werden und wir können das Hotel voller Überzeugung nur weiterempfehlen!!

Hotel staff and their service were both excellent, very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The guest relations manager Katerina was extremely helpful throughout our stay in looking after us, especially in organising our private dinner (see below) and when we required a room for our late departure. The food from all 5 restaurants was delicious, we enjoyed every meal. We were lucky enough to be treated (by friends) to a private sunset dinner on the beach to celebrate on our honeymoon - a special experience we will always remember. Room with private garden and jacuzzi was brilliant, would highly recommend. Plenty of great facilities which were all clean and to a high standard.

Très bel hôtel à taille humaine, chambre très agréable avec un petit frigo très pratique. Petit-déjeuner de qualité et varié. Les restaurants pour le dîner sont excellents, bémol sur les desserts pas à mon goût et les fruits sont très froids donc perdent en saveur. Belle plage, nombreux transats mais des chaussons pour se baigner sont recommandés. Les piscines sont magnifiques, les transats très confortables. Un gros point négatif pour un séjour en octobre: les piscines sont glacées, pas digne d'un 5 étoiles, vraiment dommage. Je recommande mais uniquement durant les mois chauds.
