We had plans to travel from US to Greece May 2025. While this hotel is in Naxos we had a portion of our trip scheduled in Santorini. With the unpredictability of the earthquakes we had decided to cancel this trip and reschedule for another time. The 18 grapes hotel would not cancel without penalty due to being inside the 60 day window. Very disappointing due to the unforeseen circumstances.

All the staff were so nice. The pool area is beautiful. The rooms were amazing and comfortable. We had a jacuzzi on our private terrace felt very pampered. Their wine is excellent as well. Highly recommend Hope to come back myself

This property was great. Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Really a great choice. The breakfast was great and a nice diversion from the buffets that you get in other hotels. We even got a bottle of wine from the family reserve as a gift from the hotel. We only stopped in Naxos, but next time we visit, we will stay longer to enjoy this property for a longer stay.

Séjour en amoureux à Naxos
Superbe expérience à l'hôtel 18 grapes de Naxos.
L'endroit est magique. On y reste sans problème plusieurs jours et nuits.
Les activités proposées par l'hôtel sont intéressantes et à un tarif avantageux.
Le lieu est calme et la vue sur la mer est belle.
Effectivement il y a une petite route a proximité mais cela ne gêne en rien. Les équipements de l'hôtel sont supers, 2 piscines dont une chauffée, des chambres avec piscines indépendantes ou jacuzzi et terrasses ou jardin.
L'équipe est excellente, Andrea et Yanis a l'accueil, les 2 Ana au service et surtout le barmaid Andrea, spéciale dédicace car il nous a permis de passer de superbes moments sur la belle terrasse en haut de l'hôtel. Ses petits cours de grec vont me manquer. Il est de bon conseil pour choisir également.
Le restaurant est superbe, sincèrement cela vaut le coup de venir uniquement pour manger. Les plats sont extrêmement bien présentes et délicieux.
La plage a proximité est magnifique.
Tout est fait pour y passer un excellent moment.
Merci encore à toute l'équipe et à Miss Maria pour son accueil.
On reviendra dès qu'on le pourra.

An ok stay, definitely not 5 star
Hotel was clean, staff were friendly though not proactive, breakfast was good (a La carte but could choose whatever you wanted). Free bottle of wine on departure was a nice touch, and the heated pool was nice! Room was small, hotel right next to a road and building works on the other side of the road were loud. Surrounding area not inkeeping with 5 star hotel. Loud inappropriate music played around the pool - I had to ask for it to be turned down. Music also played from 2 different places playing different songs at the same time. Gorgeous family taverna down the road called Giannoulis - about 5 minute walk - highly recommend!
