We highly recommend staying here. Everyone was so nice. Felt like family. Our room was beautiful and the included breakfast was outstanding! Loved the cat Sylvester too! Its in a great location. We rented ATVs and explored the island for 2 days.

This hotel is just so wonderful. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. This hotel has got it just right and we will definitely return . If you want comfort , luxury, but not pretentious , then visit this hotel. Thank you to all the staff you are an amazing team and should be very proud of how you make your guests feel so special . X. My husband and I had the privilege of staying in this amazing hotel in Naxos, during our first time visiting Greece. The service from the start of my trip planning to Greece, starting from NYC was perfectly managed by the concierge - Giannis Xenopoulos. He did not just help me with Naxos - but gave me guidance for Mykonos, Paros, Santorini and Athens . He was amazing - very welcoming and always said “ Do not worry, this is my job, it will all be taken care of”, and it always was. Big applause to the food servers - Sofia and Anna, and night bar/restaurant servers Andreas and Anna. Maria, front desk- greeted us with a smile and a true heart felt welcome. The accommodations are amazing , the food was amazing , just a true worry free vacation . The General Manager, Nikos always took his time to make sure that we were happy daily. The owner Maria greeted us with her cute little son who offered us candy. I felt that I was part of the family . If I could give this hotel 10 stars - I would - this all due to the concierge Giannis -He was so knowledgeable and professional. With what’s app- he always was prompt to answer any question or concern that I had from NYC and also during our stay. I have been to many boutique hotels throughout the world , but 18 Grapes - was above and beyond. The personal attention we received was amazing from everyone we met. Thank you Giannis Xenopoulos for making my first trip to Greece - memorable and unforgettable.

So far its been great, my wife and I flew in yesterday and call for a pickup, they arrived before our luggage came off the plane. We were met by Tonia, she walked the hotel with us and explain all the facility and amenities. She then arranged a welcome sangria drinks that we enjoyed. This morning had coffee on the patio off our room, then breakfast and what a treat. The breakfast tasted like we were at groumet restaurant, fresh and enjoyed every bite. Another day and a half, will up date when we leave, but as I see it, this is a great start to a perfect vacation.

My wife and I were among the first clients staying in the hotel this year. The staff was very attentive and eager to make our stay memorable. The room was spotless and the food was great. The chef hand-wrote a recipe for Tirofteri for us to take. Highly recommended.

What a fabulous boutique hotel!! Starting off with Giannis and Maria at the front desk who are so friendly, fun and accommodating. 18 Grapes staff are the tops from Ava, Curtis, Andreas & Anna at the bars to the servers Sophia and Mary Anna. Our room and private deck/yard were spacious and we had a wonderful view of the Aegean Sea. It is situated within walking distance to beach, restaurants, stores. Food at the hotel is excellent!!! We just returned from this exquisite property. The grounds and rooms are meticulous, with careful attention to every detail. The Pool is absolutely beautiful ...and those day beds! The rooms are elegant and exquisite! The roof top is beautiful, with another plunge pool, loungers, a bar and you can even have dinner on the roof! As if the hotel, wasn't enough, the location is excellent! An easy walk to the beach and restaurants. While, the hotel is pure perfection, the true stand out is the staff! Starting with Giannis at Reception, to Sophia at the pool and the lovely Anna and Andreas that made my husband's Birthday Dinner special! Then there is the personal welcome from the Owner Maria and her Manager. Such personal touches with true Greek hospitality! We LOVE this hotel, and the people and the place will stay in our hearts! We had a good pre-season stay at 18 grapes Hotel. We had the best care and cocktails of Anna (x2) and Andreas (x2). Breakfast was really good and rooms were clean and nice! Also the whole staff made you feel welcome and at home. Would definitely recommend this hotel!
