A wonderful resort in a beautiful part of Crete. The staff were amazing and couldn’t have done more to help…they truly want you to have a perfect stay. Our luxury villa was beautiful and the facilities were brilliant. The buggies were always quick to pick us up and take us wherever we needed to go. The beach was amazing with plenty of watersports for the kids to enjoy. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel on an incredible beach and the staff bend over backwards to make everything perfect. Received an incredible update and loving every minute of the hidden Greek resort. A MUST if coming to Greece. The food has been excellent and the meal plan is ideal for families.

Another beautiful Autograph collection hotel in Crete. Its in a very small town and perfect for relaxation. There are beach, adults only pool as well as kids pool. Its very hilly but they have tons of golf carts to take you up and down the hill. We had wonderful time here and definitely would go back .

We finalized our vacations in Greece in this hotel. The service was really kind, both buffets for dinner and breakfast have a good variety of food and main courses. CORE food trucks concept restaurants it’s a really surprising experience they have a huge variety of dishes. My room a family room with Jacuzzi was big, clean and with a lot of facilities. Family pool it’s huge and with good staff. They also have a big offer of water sports for the beach Nice place to enjoy and end our Greece vacations

From the moment we drove into the resort, I knew Domes was something special. We received a warm welcome on arrival whilst parking and were swiftly encouraged to leave the heat of the car and taken to the bar area where we were offered towels and a welcome drink. Our bags were taken and the car was driven valet style to the private car park. Check in was offered in the comfort of an outside space offering the stunning view of Spinalonga island. It’s such a lovely start to a stay when you can relax on arrival and not have the inconvenience and formality of standing at a desk to complete your details. The view from the bar / reception area is stunning. Because of our Bonvoy Plaitnum status and/or booking via Bon Vivant we were upgarde from a basic room to a lovely pool villa. The villa was fantastic and especially for a couple who enjoys its own company, the fact it has a private pool with varied outside seating areas and sun loungers and an indoor lounge and kitchenette we felt perfectly self contained and private. Because of its location on rolling hills, the resort has managed to capture various stunning views for its various eating areas and bars - very relaxing to watch boats passing too. We like to think of ourselves as fit, so several times we scaled the hill from the main restaurant to our villa near Core but the resort recommended the buggy service - especially in the scorching heat. The pebbled beach had a lovely relaxed vibe with appropriately chilled music streamed from the beach bar. Plenty of sunbeds along the shore with plenty of umbrellas for shade in the scorching sun. There are two gyms: one outside (with epic views and superior equipment) and another smaller inside one - both very good and never busy. There was a chic, modern style to the resort: all furnishings were contemporary and cool aesthetic. The location is stunning, There are so many scenic spots around the site. Theres a choice of several pools or beach to swim, the restaurants had a great choice of local produce and wines and the staff was friendly and welcoming in each place. The town nearby looked charming but we were so ensconced with the treats Domes of Elounda had to offer we didn’t need to leave. I rarely want to visit a resort twice - simply because I’m eager to visit and appreciate new places but with Domes I’d happily return tomorrow - perfect 5 days in Crete

This place is truly heaven on earth. The resort is absolutely breathtaking and you are treated like royalty from the moment you arrive. The staff is so warm and accommodating, especially Dmitri in Guest Relations, Anastasia and Vasiliki at the pool bar. We would come back in a heartbeat.

We recently spent 3 nights at Domes of Elounda as part of 9 days on Crete. We were traveling for a milestone wedding anniversary and as recognition of my husbands' status with Marriott, we were upgraded from our seaview suite to 2 bedroom with a private pool, which was a beautiful room and quite a treat. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the service was attentive and polite but also genuinely friendly. The lovely concierge Anthi took care of many requests for us and went above and beyond to ensure we had a beautiful stay. The bar manager, Nikoleta, was a gracious host and took special care of us as well on the two nights we visited. My husband surprised me with a renewal of our vows that had been arranged with the help of Stella, the special events manager. Stella took care of every detail, asking what type of flowers I would like for my bouquet, crafting the ceremony with our input and making sure our wedding song was played as we walked down the pier and when we had an impromptu dance after the ceremony. Dimitris did a lovely job of leading the ceremony as well. It was truly a very special event. Every single interaction we had with the staff was fantastic and that took our stay to the next level. Now a bit about the resort. We don't usually stay at resorts but we chose this because it is part of the Marriott family. It's a large property with many different types of accommodation, and it appeared that most had sea views. We were are the far edge of the property, in a very private suite, about 15 minutes walk to the main building and the beach. When we wanted to go somewhere on the property, we just called and within a few minutes a golf cart was there to pick us up. The Haute Living Room was a lovely bonus as we could help ourselves to soft drinks and wine during the day and cocktails in the evening. There were also snacks throughout the day. The breakfast that was included with our room was a fantastic buffet with lots of choices and so much fresh fruit. There aren't many photos of the beach on the website surprisingly. It's a long narrow beach with beds and trees and umbrellas for shade and sandy access to the water. The water was calm and so clear. It was beautiful. There is an adults only pool in the main building that overlooks the sea and a very large family pool that would be fantastic if you had children. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and if you're looking for a big resort, this one is definitely top notch - and if you're looking to get married on a beach in Greece, I would definitely do it here!

Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend the resort to family and friends going forward. The best part of Domes of Elounda, in my humble opinion, is the staff! Specifically, I want to recognize and highlight several team members. First, Manos Kokonozakis, Beach Manager, was exceptional. His warmth, kindness, goodness, and hard work were evident every time we were at the beach. His professionalism and the professionalism of his staff were world-class. Manos and his team made us feel relaxed for the duration of our stay. They were always there with a smile, and a drink, and of course a great time (Cretan style!) without having to wait or want for anything. Second, the staff at breakfast was amazing. Food was very good and everything was kept exceptionally clean and the buffet was well stocked. Beds (very comfortable) and rooms were great, comfortable and spacious. The water pressure was sublime :) Third, the golf cart crew were very professional, excellent, and always available to take us to and from the room on a somewhat steep slope - always with a smile. Lastly, I want to recognize and highlight two individuals that were outstanding and made our trip fantastic: Anthi and Aggeliki Lekka. Anthi from the moment she greeted us on arrival to the last day made us feel like family, or a friend that we haven't seen in a long time. She was simply amazing! Petros was as amazing with helping coordinate outings, and most importantly, with Maria Élise's 14th Birthday celebration!! My last person who needs special recognition is Aggeliki Lekka! Aggeliki was wonderful, spectacular as the point person at the front desk anytime I needed to ask a question or get a great recommendation or simply chat when she wasn't too busy working very hard. She is warm, thoughtful, kind, professional and really made me feel great. I hope you will let her know my thoughts - as well as the rest of your lovely team. It really is the people at the end of the day that make a vacation either very memorable or very forgettable. In this case, we will always remember the staff as being the best part of our holiday coupled with... the views. That's a massive compliment to the GM, Mr. George Kyriakou. Great family pool with an excellent bar staff as well. The resort itself is excellent and only needs a minor modern refresh in terms of lobby furniture. Tennis court needs a new surface - preferably a hard court for serious young pros. The view from the tennis court is out-of-this-world spectacular!! Looking forward to coming back soon! Nick
