Just arrived back home after a fabulous week at this beautiful hotel. 2 days of cloud but that don’t stop us having fun. Our family suite was very well equipped and had everything we needed and well stocked mini bar ( restocked daily) as we opted for the signature life. Which allows you to have unlimited access to the water sports - paddle boards , kayaks. Plus lots more. Food and drinks were brilliant and all branded stuff too. If it wasn’t on the menu they would happily make it for you. Staff was all so helpful and friendly nothing was ever to much to trouble. Wine tasting lady - Nikki was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable about the different wines. Cascade bar - Jimmy, Andrew and Adam was never far away from our table 730 lol lovely men and very friends and happy to serve and help. M Bar - Nora was happy to help, cheerful and always greeted us with a. Smile 😊 Kum Kuat - Konstantina and Athanasia served us every day with drinks , tea and coffee and was lovely. Being able to speak good English and interact with our son was very much appreciated. The hotel was kept immaculate and the grounds were so pretty. We were lucky enough to have a sunrise view which was stunning. Also we did a sunset boat trip which was fabulous too. This is our 3rd visit and it just gets better. Service from all staff is 5* a special mention to Jim at the pool bar who goes the extra mile with a smile. Rooms are spotless, pool areas well kept. Only negative is the beach area, it can look untidy at times. The beach is much nicer at Elix. Will definitely be back again.

The hotel has lovely views (both lush mountains and the sea). The staff are lovely. We went in late October, and there were still plenty of staff. You can also order drinks & food via their app from around the pool, which was handy. The room was very spacious, clean, and cool. The food in the main restaurant was delicious and varied by day. Breakfast was the same selection each day, but there was a wide range of options, so varied enough for a weeks stay. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Our 3rd October break here. From being first welcomed in Reception right through to dining in any of the many restaurants, meeting room cleaning staff, or being served at the pool and beach bars, each of the Hotel staff have made us feel relaxed and comfortable…..like nothing isn’t too much for them to do for us. A mention has to be given in particular to Jim who “runs” the pool bar. His attentive whilst unintrusive service to all guests is second to none, His welcoming smile and greeting each day is so endearing and the Hotel management probably don’t know what a diamond they have in their midst…….wherever life takes you Jim, don’t change 😉v

Third time visiting this wonderful hotel and it gets more and more impressive! From the moment you walk into the hotel reception area, your welcomed by the amazing staff. The staff are the ones who make this hotel amazing. Shelby, receptionist, first time working at Marbella, you would never have guessed as her knowledge and gentle manner are a credit to her and the hard working team. There are so many hard working staff who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable it’s hard to name everyone. One guy who deserves a big shout out is Jim, you’ll find him at the pool bar, ready to make you feel welcomed and part of a big family. He is polite, has good English, non intrusive… but words can not sum up Jim, he is a great guy with a big heart and we’ve loved getting to know him and see how he manages that busy bar. Love the summer temptation cocktails he recommended, think we might be hooked! The rooms are clean and spotless, we have stayed in the hotel on our first visit and been lucky enough to have a room in the new bungalows on our second and third visits, which has really helped my husband this year. 5 weeks ago he hurt his back and has been suffering with it, the kindness of the staff looking after him, has helped me! The food choices are amazing, the rooms are amazing, everything is amazing!! Look forward to our fourth visit in the half term next year! Keep up the amazing work everyone. X

For a package holiday this is outstanding. The specialist restaurants were amazing, providing food of top quality. The staff are quick to offer drinks at all bars, and very pleasant. The hotel room was lovely. Overall one of the best hotels I've been to.

Stayed a week at the back end of the season, two adults The Upsides: Room was big (compared to, say, Premier Inn or Travelodge) and comfortable, and quiet and dark for sleeping Food was fantastic, plenty of choice, nothing ran out, beautifully presented. The staff were excellent. There were plenty of them, so you never really had to wait for service; and you could see them working really hard, especially at popular times for meals. They must have been well trained to be so good. Most noticeable was that without exception they seemed to genuinely enjoy being there (I know this is unlikely, but that's the way it seemed) always with a welcome and a friendly smile, but never obsequious. Also, they all seemed to speak and understand English well. The downsides Well, there weren't many. The 'beach' is a wooden platform over water about 4-5 feet deep rather than the traditional shelving sand. I could see this deck could get quite crowded in peak season. And it is a family resort. There were babes in arms, toddlers, little kids, bigger kids and so on. If this would worry you then you should probably go elsewhere but as long as you don't mind being around kids being kids it would be fine

We visited the Deck Bar and Grill on the beach on 2.9.2024 - the ambience was amazing but sadly and surprisingly, the food was bad! I ordered the chicken souvlaki and it was cold! The fries were nothing great - the fries also were not that hot!…the beer was ok. The wine was ok. But the food was very average! It a great looking place - you have to improve on the standard of the food. Definitely I was expecting much more from a 5-star hotel restaurant!

A wonderful resort and first-class hospitality. We’d hoped it would be lovely, and it exceeded our expectations. We travelled with 4 kids and 2 adults. The food was excellent, with a huge choice and high quality ingredients and dishes. The puddings are a particular highlight as well as the Greek salad, the omelettes made to order, the honey - well all of it really. The kids were delighted to be able to choose different things again and again - and the freshly made waffles at breakfast were a huge hit. The rooms are contemporary, spacious, well-equipped with a complementary mini bar, unlimited water and nespresso coffee. Beds are comfortable and linen is cool. A wide-range of complementary activities - tennis, kids clubs, disco are thoughtfully done. The aqua park, infinity pools, and beach - were all magic. At every place there is a great selection of complementary food and drinks - the mr.herber and espresso martinis are v good. The whole complex is really beautifully done and a lovely touch is that you can ask for a complementary room for half an hour if you have a late flight, to have a shower before you leave. But by far the aspect which made this holiday for us is the service and hospitality from all of the colleagues at the hotel. The housekeeping team are competent and cheery. Everyone works incredibly hard to look after all the guests. Tina and Niki in the Kuzina restaurant made our alacarte supper a night to remember, the front-of house hosts in the international restaurant were sociable and welcoming and made the kids feel confident to chat - thank you ❤️. By the main pool area Jim was great fun, attentive and an excellent host. At the aqua park, Theodora was delightful, kind and proactive in helping us to have a lovely lovely time. The colleagues are the star of the hotel and I hope they are rewarded for delivering a first-class service, they deserve it! If I worked in Corfu I’d be looking to recruit them! We will be back next year and so hope all the team are too xxx
