Vasiliki at reception was a wonderful lady. Iriua, the hotel manager was simply the best. They both did their best to ensure we had a memorable stay at Anax which we did!
Other staff members, Elena, Mary, Alex at reception, Mike the driver, even the waiters Marios, Nikos, they all did an excellent job to ensure guests are well taken care of! Thumbs-up to an amazing team!
I will recommend friends and family to come stay at Anax! It is such a beautiful resort! We will be back for sure😘

Nice resort with good service. The hotel provides excellent breakfast and complimentary one way pick up / drop to/from airport. Reception staffs, housekeeping staffs and waiters are excellent.
Areas of improvement - need to provide shuttle service to /fro MyKonos Town because private transfer or taxi charges are exorbitant (e.g - taxi cost 20 Euro on way).
Guest relations person in charge needs to improve on her service.

From the time you get off your shuttle or transfer, the staff at the Anax are there to serve . The amazing views the great pools, beach to swim at truly a 5 +++ star resort. The breakfast is amazing everything you can think in the way of foods, fresh squeezed orange juice to any type of coffee you like. We had a room with an upper floor and and lower area that walked out to our own private pool . Thank you again Staff at Anax for a great vaction!!!

As frequent travelers, my wife and I can confidently say this is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. This was our second visit (and our honeymoon), and it only confirmed what we already knew from the first - the experience is exceptional in every way. Every detail has been carefully thought through, from the staff’s genuine attentiveness, to the quality of the meals, the comfort of the rooms, and the excellent facilities. The standard easily rivals, if not surpasses, some of the most exclusive hotels in the world. It’s the perfect setting for families. We found ourselves so well looked after that we hardly felt the need to leave the resort at all - everything we wanted was right there. We’ll definitely be returning. The owner, Evgenia, is truly outstanding, and she has built a remarkable team that reflects her passion and commitment to hospitality.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, excellent food and drinks, and very friendly staff. LOTS of stairs - this wasn’t an issue for us, but folks with mobility issues would likely struggle. We were surprised by the amount of children at the property - for the price, I would have expected mainly couples, but the pool (which is on the smaller side) was overrun with screaming children and giant floaties. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend this property for a honeymoon or couples getaway.
