The hotel was beautiful and in particular the pool area was very beautiful. We originally got allocated a room at the side near the front street , unfortunately this was extremely loud at night so for our first 3 nights we got very little sleep as we had to leave the door open due to the air con being centrally controlled and the rooms were very warm . Finally we got a room change which was wonderful. The staff were wonderful and extremely friendly. The breakfast was wonderful . Great gym . I would definitely return in the future . We didn’t visit the restaurant in the hotel as they are quite expensive but found 4 wonderful ones within 5 min walk from the hotel .

We've stayed 4 nights in this hotel in an ocean view room, which is more like a pool view with the ocean in the background. Room was nice but the bathroom was a bit small with only a shower and very limited hooks/no towel rails. No iron and ironing board in the room, but on request we've got one. Spa is nice with an lovely indoor pool. We had hammam and massage treatments. Pool and beach bar are really nice, with friendly service. Loved the music in the beach bar, we only had to complain about the music being too loud once and the staff immediately lowered the volume to how it was before. Breakfast and restaurants are really good, we've had a lovely dinner in the Italian, Moroccan and the Beach bar. Big shout out to Yassin, who very attentively served us at dinner and at breakfast. The only place I would skip next time is the Buddha Bar, but that's not operated by the hotel. Location of the hotel is good, if you want to look around a bit. The cable car to the citadel is around 20 mins walk from the hotel. Loved the spacious and well equipped gym. The only criticism I have is re the service level of the non restaurant staff. When we arrived we were made to wait 2 hours to check in, and during that time the reception staff didn't manage to ask/set-up a pre authorisation which then meant initially we couldn't put drinks and food on the room. On the second day the cleaners removed all towels and dressing gowns from our room while were went for breakfast. We had to call housekeeping to ask for new ones. Other than that the staff were helpful when we had any requests or queries, The welcome fruit platter and pastries were lovely. Bottles of water were provided daily. Overall a nice hotel and would be happy to return.
