For breakfast only option for Omlates stayed 5 days and had 3 different type of Omlates should have been more option. not gona book this hotel again

It was a good size room but view wasn't good in room 2010, it over looked waste land and rubbish pile. What was a little annoying is the third bed (for my 17 year old) was the very hard sofa. It had a sheet on it and that was it. Took a day to finally get a duvet but no duvet cover. When you are paying for 3 adults, full price, you expect decent beds. Luckily, we were only there for 4 nights. It was clean and we had bottles of water on first day. It was a little noisy at night but we slept well (well 2 of us that had beds). Pool wasn't that clean, very murky. Not sure the chlorine has been checked. I wouldn't put head under. Generally, we had a nice time. It was foggy and grey most days but that's Agadir. We didn't realise about the sea fog. Beach was okay but the Soukes and trips, culture was great. The hotel however, is not 4 stars, 2 star is more realistic. It's a bit out of the way and scruffy. The spa is lovely, the people are friendly and the sunbeds are comfy. One other niggle, when you don't check out until 6pm, a shower would be helpful. I asked at reception and the lady just rolled her eyes and said 'why do you need a shower'. I booked at Hamman and used theirs, but most hotels provide somewhere to change, clean ready for the journey home.

Beautiful hotel with a real traditional Moroccan vibe. Pool beautiful surrounded by palms and flowers. Room spacious with Moroccan features. Amazing shower. So glad we paid a little extra to have a balcony overlooking the pool. Air con effective once you work it out, fridge in room a blessing. Breakfast really good Moroccan breakfast to set you up for the day. All you can eat including homemade omelettes & crepes. Food at hotel authentic & very tasty, reasonably priced too. Mostly friendly accommodation g staff, just one female snap dragon on the lobby desk to be avoided. ATM right outside hotel as were taxis. Need cash as internet not always effective for card / phone payment. Hamman massage was an experience not to miss - wonderful! Rooms clean, downstairs toilet with access to pool immaculate. Roof top bar noisy until early hours, but with the air-con noise & shattered from all the swimming it never stopped us getting to sleep. Just 5 minute walk to beach, great for jumping in waves. No shops or stalls though. Very few shops in area, need to take taxi. No food to be brought into hotel.

DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!! The worst hotel ever. Nothing about this hotel was good. In-fact this hotel depressed me and the kids.
