For breakfast only option for Omlates stayed 5 days and had 3 different type of Omlates should have been more option. not gona book this hotel again

It was a good size room but view wasn't good in room 2010, it over looked waste land and rubbish pile. What was a little annoying is the third bed (for my 17 year old) was the very hard sofa. It had a sheet on it and that was it. Took a day to finally get a duvet but no duvet cover. When you are paying for 3 adults, full price, you expect decent beds. Luckily, we were only there for 4 nights. It was clean and we had bottles of water on first day. It was a little noisy at night but we slept well (well 2 of us that had beds). Pool wasn't that clean, very murky. Not sure the chlorine has been checked. I wouldn't put head under. Generally, we had a nice time. It was foggy and grey most days but that's Agadir. We didn't realise about the sea fog. Beach was okay but the Soukes and trips, culture was great. The hotel however, is not 4 stars, 2 star is more realistic. It's a bit out of the way and scruffy. The spa is lovely, the people are friendly and the sunbeds are comfy. One other niggle, when you don't check out until 6pm, a shower would be helpful. I asked at reception and the lady just rolled her eyes and said 'why do you need a shower'. I booked at Hamman and used theirs, but most hotels provide somewhere to change, clean ready for the journey home.

Only 2 days in and I can’t believe this is rated a 4 star staff are ignorant rooms are embarrassing no safe, shower floods the whole bathroom no a/c it’s a one star at best. Breakfast is shocking, pool is so cold. I never want to stay here again. Don’t bother booking this place you will be disappointed. Seriously needs a refurb so sad the staff don’t care about it.

Originally we were booked in a Deluxe room but these were very small. We upgraded at a cost of 100 Dhiram per night and were moved into a suite, the suite was fine but a bit dark and could do with some updating. The advantage of being in a non pool facing bar was that we could not her the very noisy rooftop bar which opened 4pm - 2am every night. This was causing issues for other residents. We found the service in the hotel was fine but the breakfast was very poor. The coffee was from a machine which kept exploding and was awful, the hot water was never refreshed so for a later breakfast was tepid at best - glad I took tea bags (the staff would bring us a cup of boiling water). The bread was left uncovered so was hard with some covered in flies. The area the hotel is in is undergoing a lot of construction work, be prepared for the lack of pavements.
