I was very upset during the few days I stayed here. The hotel staff was very mean, not very smart, and very inefficient. They asked us for tips openly or secretly. If we didn't give them, the room would be cleaned very sloppily. The front desk was very perfunctory. Because I was Asian, many old white men would come to chat with me.

The int chick is at 3 pm and I had arrived at 12 pm and yet I was allowed to go to my room at 1 pm.

We had a good time in Agadir. The hotel had many different areas like Pool, Gym, Spa, Playground for Kids or an activity area with Darts or table Tennis. The entertainment is top and we had fun plaing beach volleyball with Yassine. Every day there was a Show in the evening and live Music at the Hotel Lobby-Area. We would love to stay again.

I had such a perfect stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the very beginning, which made us feel so welcome. The room was very clean, as were the hotel surroundings, and fresh water was supplied to us every day—such a thoughtful detail. The facilities are excellent: an indoor pool with pool towels provided, three large outdoor pools, direct beach access, and superb entertainment in the evenings. The food was lovely, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste. I also enjoyed the gym, which was open and free to use, and the spa was simply fantastic. The only downsides I noticed were that there’s no coffee tray in the room (something coffee lovers might miss) and no lift, which could be inconvenient for some. The hotel has a currency exchange at the reception. Overall, though, this hotel has so much to offer and truly exceeded my expectations. A wonderful stay—I highly recommend it!

Stayed here for 10 nights and the hotel is fabulous! Very large reception/place to sit, evening music, lovely restaurants and great swimming pools. Promenade separates the hotel from the beach. Friendly staff. Good food (you have to pre-book 2 of the restaurants). Great Spa + gym! Entertainment team. Water polo, darts, bingo. Karaoke (11pm -1am!!) was empty on 2 evenings we turned up, which was a shame. Saw it happen once but we didn't stay that evening. Evening shows were ok. Only negative was the amount of young children running around (from other countries), which we didn't expect, so late in the summer. Screaming and shouting kids is not great to listen to, especially when their parents are plugged into their phones and ignoring them... Overall a great time though. Maybe an adults only restaurant/ evening area would be an idea.
